Good Morning Future Mommies!:+
Here's my week in review and happy to report that it's much better than last week!:
Sun: Rest
Mon: CTX Power Circuit
Tue: Legs & Glutes Standing Premix
Biceps/Abs from CTX
Wed: CTX 10*10*10
Thu: Cardio & Weights Step only Premix
Shoulders/Abs from CTX
Fri: Step Blast Premix # 1
CTX Leaner Legs (did not do ab section tho)
Sat: Rest
I was supposed to do CTX Step & Intervals yesterday but we had company, DH was painted the nursery :+ :7 :+ and then we went out to dinner so I will do that work out today instead instead of resting.
I go for the glucose test on wednesday...that should be loads of fun!...NOT!!!! lol
