Hey Ladies! Good Morning!

I guess the first order of business is the week in review, ey? Here it goes!

Sun: Resting for a pain in my hip

Mon: CTX 10*10*10 + chest work

Tue: CTX kickbox

Wed: CTX All Step (only 15 min of the cardio plus the upper body work)-This one frustrated me! Very confusing!x(

Thu: Rest Day

Fri: Body Fusion Cardio only
CTX Leaner Legs

Sat: CTX Step and Intervals

Had an off week...between my hip hurtin' me, then on wednesday I ended up not feeling well which is why I only did half the work out...Oh well, I guess these things happen!

Today I am going out for the second round of baby registering! YIPPEE! :7 :7 :7

Hi Wendy! You had a very good week, despite your hip problems! Did you enjoy doing so much CTX in one week? I see you didn't do Power Circuit. Did that get nixed because of your hip?

I had a good week:

MON Step Blast; Bootcamp core premix
TUES IMAX w/u; MIC step; Pure Strength Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
WEDS Basic Step; PS Legs & abs
THURS KPC Premix #4; PS Back, biceps, abs
FRI Step Works
SAT Cardio & Weights
SUN rest/yoga

Of course, I modified any parts of the cardios that got me too winded, and lowered the weights for my leg workout, to keep my heart rate from going overboard. Had a good week!

Hi all,

My week pails in comparison to everyone elses. I only workout twice and only did one section of the Quick Fix Prenatal video each day. I think I tired myself out last week with all the walking up and down the Vegas strip. I hope to have a better week this week.

I went for my glucose tolerance test last week and they also tested my iron levels. The glucose thing was fine but I am on the anemic side. SO now I'm taking an iron supplement. THey will recheck my iron levels next month.

Yeah, Power Circuit was supposed to be Sunday but I was resting for my hip...and now..again...it's supposed to be tonight but I was out all day looking at baby things :) and now it's just too darn late to start exercising! x( ;( I really wanted to be home early enough to get my work out in today too. Oh well, I guess I'll live. lol

Hi ladies. Here's my workouts from last week:

Monday: 40 minutes on the bike and the floor exercises from Strong Legs, did shoulders from Pure Strength and the abs from Strong Legs

Tuesday: 30 minutes of cardio and lower body weight work at the gym

Wednesday: 45 minutes of cardio and PUB

Thursday: 35 minutes cardio and a bit of lower body work

Friday: Push Pull

I like to get in 2 workouts a day - try to get my cardio in at the gym during my lunch hour and then do a DVD in the pm but I've been really tired lately. Also starting to feel nauseous. I didn't get any exercise in over the weekend. Unless walking the mall counts. LOL

I"m looking forward to another great week of workouts. Have any of you bought a HR Monitor? I was thinking about getting one but that's about as far as I got.
 
you ladies are just too good. i wish i had the stamina. with going to work all day and running after a four year old. i just can't find the energy. this morning i did get up early and do the treadmill for 30 minutes!!

Friday: 30 Minute run
Saturday : off
Sunday: off

**Not much weight training this week...I just truly didn't feel like it!? I have been pretty tired and stuffed up.

Well last week did not go so well workout wise. I started off okay by jogging 2 miles on Tuesday, but then I was too exhausted to do anything else the rest of the week. Also, on Friday I had a headache from one of those episodes I've been telling you all about. On March 2 I will take the glucose test early to determine if I have gestational diabetes. Hopefully I will get some answers then. In the meantime I'm not pushing myself too hard because I don't want to trigger any more episodes. Maybe once I pass the first trimester these symptoms will all disappear. Probably wishful thinking on my part.

Did anyone else order the Hardcore series? I ordered the whole thing but it seems that I might not be able to do very many of them until after this baby is born. StretchMax and CoreMax might get quite a bit of use though. What are you all planning on doing?
 
I really want to attempt them...modified, of course!? I just don't think I will be able to resist them for 7 more month just sitting there in my cabinet! I agree with you Wendy, I think StretchMax will really be beneficial.
 
I ordered Lowmax and Stretchmax. That's all for now. Just got the body blast series a week ago and still have the Intensity series on my wish list so I have to hold off on the rest of hardcore for a while....

Wendy, how did your dr. appt go? Did the doctor say anything about the pain & numbness you have been experiencing?
 
Hi Kristi!

The dr apptmnt is actually for tonight after work but thanks for your concern! I will definately post the outcome tonight or tomorrow on the numbness/pain. I am, ofcourse, hoping it's nothing but the baby causing pressure on something interally which can easily happen and that it won't be serious. I'll post when I find out though!

I ordered the entire set of Hardcore. I am going to try to do the gym style workouts, the stretch and core DVD's and maybe low-max. I guess the others will have to wait until October.

I ordered the whole Hardcore set but will probably wind up just watching them for now. The further along I get, the less and less intense workouts I can do.

I am awaiting my 2 HC's...I just got body blast last week which I ordered at the same time as the HC's and now I just ordered the intensity series coz I just paid the bill for the bodyblast/hc order!!
Post-pregnancy weight doesn't stand a chance now!!!}( }( }(

Hi Everyone! Last week, I exercised more than I had in a while.
Sun-Walk 30 min
Mon-KPC-30 min
Tues-off
Wed-walk 45 min
Thurs-fit mama-30 min
Fri-off
Sat-off
Sun-walked-45min
*I know i need to get some weights in there.

This Monday, I felt fine. But, yesterday, I got hit with such a nasty cold. It is worse today. Hopefully, this is the worst of it, and it will start to get better.

I had a good dr's appt. last Friday. I am on the 2 week schedule now.
