Good Morning!:)

I guess I am the only silly one up this early:-( And I don't know why my computer tells me I up an hour to early...its freaked me out both mornings now:eek: Tomorrow morning, I get an extra hour to sleep in:)
I am just up bring and early...drinking my coffee...and getting ready to workout.I think I am going to to do what I had planned which is the other 1/2 of BC and a 30 min run.I didn't do anything else last night but make a cheesecake:9 and then have a couple of taste and I even felt bad tasting it!I have to weigh with a friend in a couple of days so I have to be extremely good today and tomorrow. The ww core plan isn't that bad, but I think I go over my points allowance b/c I make excuses b/c I don't count the exercise points;)
Well, thats about it.I hope to see you gals soon b/c I think I am going to have a pretty boring day at work;( And maybe not...maybe I will try to make the best of it and keep myself occupied...however that might be.

Last night I played Basketball at church during the youth group meeting that I take my kids to. Let me tell you, I was burning some body fat. Not trying to do much cardio,but I burned some. My body fat is now under 13%. It was 12.8% when I took it this morning. GOOD GOLLY MISS MOLLY!!!!! I am so freaking siked out of my marbled mind!!!!!! Not to mention that I bought the wrong case of Green Tea and it was not diet so I drank one and thought, well this isn't tasting as good anymore and kept drinking it. My son comes in the car with me and looks at the bottle and tells me that did I know it was not diet. I was horrified!!!!! 21g of sugar in it. I didn't drink it all though. Burned it all off anyways, but now I am stuck with a case of sugar. LOL! So see, it doesn't matter if you have some cheesecake once in awhile if you are working it!!! I also did shoulder work and did 500 walking lunges with weights around the house and some outside when taking dogs out.

I am doing ME twice today, starting at 10:30am. I have to take DD to her school for a canoe trip this morning. Son is going to a X Box party later on. DH is working.

You sound like you have a fun day planned:) I wish I were home and everyone had plans.I can not stress enough how much I love having a couple of hours a day to myself and to workout of course.When there are people in the house I need to know what they are doing (im afraid I will miss something) and if DD is home chances are she needs something or has a friend over and I have to keep checking on them.
Wow, thats some good BF! I read one of the thread yesterday and you had posted that at one point you wore a size 10? Did you lose weight or something? I just assumed that you were always small.Although at your height size 10 is not exactly big by no means.
Im not to stressed about the cake BUT when I start really watching myself, I only have to lose a couple of pounds and I feel better, and then Im like...ok...I can have a treat now...or I look better...this is good.But I have pants in my closet that I can't wear right now so I need to stay focused and lose about 5-7 lbs so I can comfortably fit into them.I use to maintain 128-130 lbs and 130 lbs was the bad day!The other day I was up 135.5!;( EEK! And now I find myself settling for 132.Whats up with that? Whats next? Ill weigh 138 then I will settle for 135 ? And it will keep going.DOn't think so. SO I have to stay focused.

I did my workout today and I ended up doing one of the workouts from Hardcore extreme.I did the first workout which 6 Imax intervals and 3 HSC seg.It took me about an hour.
We are going to a friends house for dinner tonight and I really wish I could sqeeze in a run before this but Im not sure if it will be possible.
I should go and make myself some oatmeal.I am not sure how long this day is going to be.I will be a little bit busy later but I will relax after lunch for a bit.

I have too much time to myself I think. I mean I have plenty to do, just always by myself doing it, it seems.

Yeah, I was a wearing 9's and 10's after I had my son. I got a big butt, gigantic hips from carrying him. About a few months later, I was wearing 8's and then I would start going up and down from 6's to 8's. When I hit 30, I was going back up to almost wearing 10's again because my metabolism was slowing down, but stayed at 8's and they were getting tight. Got rid of the Krispy Kreme donuts and started working out...the rest is history!

Maybe it is all in my mind, but I noticed the last night my bodyfat came way down, not to 12%, but 13% that the night before I had chinese food too, just like I did last night (chicken/broccoli mixture) and then a protein shake before I went to bed after doing some kind of cardio too. I don't eat the rice unless I make brown rice, then I throw out the white rice they give me.

I don't like Imaxes. It is a stepping kind of a workout and I get dizzy just watching Cathe move around so fast.

Yesterday was bad for time. Hardly had anytime for anything. I know today will be better. I hope you get your run in. I am eating oatmeal right now.

My oatmeal is history and I made it to runny so I don't think it will stick to my ribs like it usually does:eek:
You certainly turned a leaf didn't you? I just thought that you were tiny and never had to worry about weight but I guess we all do if we eat crap ,hey? Or most people anyway.
I like running in the morning b/c it is pretty straight forward, unless my legs feel like there 100 lbs each! :) But for some reason I hauled out a video and I was not liking it at first and it was harder then normal b/c I wasn't fully awake I guess.My foot was scuffing the top of the step and I knew that if I didn't lift them right,I was go'in flat on my sleepy face!Even the weight work gave me short of breath but she moves so fast in HSC.
DH says I spend to much time by myself but I don't think so.I don't enjoy driving around town or dropping into peoples houses.If I am off, I will have my coffee, workout,have lunch,watch a little bit of t.v,run to the store, start making supper,maybe have another coffee, homework,relax! Somedays I will go for a walk with one of my friends,pop in to see them or they will come to the house.But almost every friend I have, has kids, and they are busy.Men are different when it comes to that stuff I think.

Hi girls.

I REALLY slept in today but I'm allowed b/c it's a weekend!!!:p

Today is Boot Camp for me but w/o the U/B work since I've done U/B 2 days in a row now (PUB and then circuit max)...

We have a Halloween Party to go to tonight and I'd like to get Joey to Sears today to have his first professional pics taken!:+ Plus whatever needs to get done around the house and a work out...I'm gonna have to move my butt! lol
BC is actually scheduled for tmrw and today is a rest day according to my rotation by tmrw could be even busier! I may work again all day and then we are going to my mom's for dinner so unless I get up at 6am to do BC, it won't happen...and I don't see myself getting up that early! :-(

Well almost done with my coffee and then I have to get started on my day...I'll be in and out of here though for sure!

No Lee today...Sorry Lori. This is a party with DH's family not mine. lol

There will definately be pics taken of Joey in his costume! I can't wait! :+ :7 :+

I'm also excited about the pics we are having taken at Sears. That should be alot of fun as well...just so long as he doesn't decide to get all pist off! :eek:

Okay, well my time here is up...BC is done. I'm waiting on Joey to finish lunch so that I can change his clothes and then we are off to Sears!
