Good Morning Beauties...or am I talking to myself?

On behalf of a e-mail I received yesterday, I thought I would give this thread another go.I miss chatting with everyone in the morning and when I come to the forum, I really have no where to go:-(
I am at work today but then I am off until Monday night...YEE HA!:7 Love it! I should get some good workouts in b/c I doubt I am going anywhere:-(
I think I am going toask my boss for some of my vacation pay today.By the time my vacation rolls around I will have 19 m built up, so I thought I should take 1/2 of it and do some christmas shopping.I could get DD finished with that money and even some of DH's started I just really hate asking for things and I may not get the nerve up.

SO how as everyone been doing? Anything new?

Wendy- Hows Joey? How is the calorie staggering going? Im doing pretty good with my diet.I haven't weighed b/c I am afraid the scale won't be nice to be and then I will run for a bag of chips:-(

Missy- Where are you, sleepy head? Get up with thise kiddos!

DD as a sore throat today so she may not be going to school.

Anyway..must see what else is on the shake today

Lori, you need to ask for that vacation! Dh is going to take one soon, I hope. He has like, four weeks or something like that saved up from last year, too. He hates taking vacations, though because he is the only one, or I should say the best, at what he does and whenever he takes time off he just has to come back and fix everyone else's mistakes. That is what he says, at least. He is so arrogant!

Wendy, you are an awesome mom. You are setting a great example for your son and your husband. Your whole family, really. he is so cute, btw! I love those pictures!!!

Well, I have a make-up conference today for Layne, so I have to actually take a shower and get dressed this morning. I can hear my neighbors cheering about the shower part! :+

On the docket today, I did one segment only of Step Fit this am just to jump start my metabolism and later this afternoon I will do 6-10 of Imax2 to pump it up again. I am trying splitting workouts to see what will happen as opposed to do one whole hour at a time. I will let you know what the results are.... may or may not post pictures! I don't like to make myself vulnerable to criticism and I just don't look like Charlotte!

I thought you would be happy to see this tread today.
Im not asking for vacation time...just the money...hahaha.Normally we go say from summer to summer building up vacation money.I started here last Jan so I can take vacation in Jan but who wants that? I probably won't take holidays until the summer monthes so I will have a year and 1/2 worth of holida pay built up.I just hate asking for things.I don't even like to ask for my pay check I know he will give it to me, its just a matter of getting around to it.
I use to work out like that Missy.I didn't really have any goals at the time.I just did CTX in the morning and in the night time I would so something else.But at that time my weight was at a weight that I liked.
No one looks like Char...so we can't compare

My son is so-o smart! Oh yeah, nanananabooboo! I am so proud of him! He has a perfect score so far in math and spelling, he is above grade level in reading, we just need to work on his writing sentences and spelling things phonetically out when he writes paragraphs. He has never gotten in trouble! Woohoo, is my boy good or what?! :7 I need to set up some playdates with some of the good boys in class, too. She said that the "bad ones" tend to gravitate to Layne because he is so easy to take advantage of, and he doesn't even care because he is so giving. I guess, in other words, my son is a gullible pushover. Yep, that sounds like him alright! Oh, well, I guess you can't be perfect. I will work on that with him, though, I don't want him to be like that as an adult.

Dan said that he would take pictures of my in a bikini. I am warning you! It could get very ugly, very ugly. Especially around my hips and butt. disgusting!

Get that money, girl!!! You work hard for it, you earned it. I know what you mean, though. I have a hard time asking for things even when it is rightfully mine. What is up with that?

See ya after I go to Cosco to get more diapers and feminine hygeine products... speaking of which, have you guys heard of this new thingy that is out? It is like a diaphram and it "catches" your mentrual cycle. It doesn't leak, you can't feel it, it won't fall out. www.softcup.com My best friend swears by it and told me about it, I just haven't had the nerve to try it yet. What do you think?

Good morning girls!!

I know I haven't posted much lately--just a little here and there. I've been gone so much. I spent a lot of time helping my friend move. She used to live about 45 minutes away from me and now she's just 20 minutes away. YAY!!! We went to nursing school together and have been best friends ever since.

Lori, ask for the moola--it's yours--you earned it. The worst thing that could happen is that your boss will say "no". I hope your DD is feeling better soon. It's so sad when the little ones are sick. How's things going with your DH's new business venture? Will the store open in time to benefit from Christmas sales?

Missy, stop now with the body bashing. You're so beautiful--and no one looks like Charlotte! I'm sure you look great in a bikini. I'll trade butts with you any day. The only thing I can think of that has more dimples than a golf ball is my hind end! ;( x( ~ I'm so glad to hear how well Layne is doing in school. That's super!

I've been taking an Italian language course on Wednesday evenings. The quarter is over in 2 weeks and I have to decide if I'm going to sign up for the winter quarter or wait until spring. I'm leaning towards spring. It takes me about 40 minutes to get there and I don't like the idea of driving at night when the roads are icy. It kind of gives me a migraine headache. Anyway, the class is a lot of fun. It's been a challenge because I've been out of school for so long. I have a hard time concentrating when I study. I need lots and lots, and lots, and LOTS of repetition;-) :-(.

Well, I'm doing one of my Leslie Sansone DVD's again today. I'm just about to finish my coffee and get started on my day. You all have a great day and a great w/o!


ETA I'm sooooo glad I don't have to worry about TTOM anymore! That's the single biggest benefit I can think of for getting old.:7

Nope, I've never heard of it.Then again, I don't use birth control right now.
Your kids a pushover hey? Mines not.Im telling you...no one is gonna get over her time.She tells it like it is.I am hoping she will continue like this when she gets older but still have a bit sensitivity in her.
I asked for the money and he said I could have it.But he still didn't write the check which means I am going to have to ask again;( There isn't any problem getting money out of him, its just trying to get him to remember.We will see if I get enough nerve after lunch and maybe if I pray hard enough he will remember.
Oh, I don't think you will be awful in a bikini.Just wear workout gear if you want to.
Must go get some more work done.Suprisinly my morning is going by pretty fast.
