Hi Girls,

Anyone up? And yes...I do beleive that Wendy ditched us:-( We are not happy with you Wendy!!!

Today is GS legs and LM for me.I am going to try and getting it done soon although I wish I had a good movie to watch and then I would get on the treadmill.
I wasn't happy with the scale today so I am trying to decide if I am lifting to much or if its TTOM that brought on a 2 lbs weight gain.Whats your thought? Be good for the next week and see what happens again?

I can't remember what yesterdays post were about b/c I think I had to comment on something.Im gonna check it out!

Charlotte, Chris sung amazing! I really like him and the fact that he married a women who as two kids already makes him Prince Charming! What an awesome guy! I bet his wife is really routing for him.There are alot of nice people on this show.I think alot of people are going to love Kelly Pickler to, I know DH does!

Sara, you are right, Missy does look good. I normally weigh between 128-130 (normally but not todayx( ) And I am 5'4" can I ask how tall you are? And we still need pics! Hurry up! Right now I have you pictured as 5'6" (now 129 cause you said so;) ) long blonde hair and chest is a DD:7 :7 :7 hahahahaha 108 lbs wouldn't look very good on me.I would be so sick looking.When I got pregnant I was 118 but I was only 17 so I don't even know if thats possible anymore.Does anyone weigh what they did in highschool? I never did aim for that again.The lowest I can remember is 123 lbs and I looked good then...if only I could remember what I did to get there! LOL:)

Well...well...apparently I am talking to myself today.

O.k..then self, you just finished your workout and now you need a shower.Your legs are burning and I think you need some protein/ww pancakes:) Sounds good!

Okay, I don't feel like retyping everything so I will try a quick recap....

I am 5'6, no big boobs (had them while nursing and hated them...still hate them cause now they are small and gravity has taken over), have natural curly brown hair (looks just like yours, Lori), and that is just about it!
I weighed about 105 in high school and wore a size 3. Now, I wear a 4-6, but some 4's are a bit snug. After Tyler (my 1st) was born, I did not have the muscle tone I have now. I weighed the same, but I have more muscle now. Back then, at 130, I wore a size 9. I really think muscle tone has a lot to do with it. Therefore, I think 108 might be too scrawny for me. I think 115 would be perfect for my body frame. But, we shall see....

You guys ever seen Blue Crush? Kate Bosworth had to put on 15 lbs of muscle for that movie. She looked awesome in that movie...I want to look like that!! But now, she is scrawny skinny (Hollywood skinny) and she doesn't look so good. She looks much better with the muscle weight. Therefore, I think scales and body weight is somewhat overrated!!

Yeah, where is Wendy?? I really enjoy her posts; I wish she would come back!! Wendy....we want you...come back!!!

I was here and thought my message went thru, but apparently my computer was acting dumb so it didn't go thru so I must repeat myself again....

What did I say? I forget so I will start over. What kind of pancake mix do you use? Wheat mixed in with your protein? Well what I have been doing the past few days is working for me. My weight is back to 115 and body fat slightly down from the 14 mile bike ride! I would do it again today if my crotch wasn't so sore from sitting on that bike for so long! LOL! I am gonna do 3 sets of BBM, work triceps and abs to some video...haven't decided yet. I am stuck in a whirlwind of last minute cleaning so I haven't had time to think about it too much. I think I got alittle bit of wind burn from riding as it was very windy and the wind kept pushing the bike backwards as I was trying to go forward...made it more challenging. DD and her other friends in town thought we were out of our minds to ride our bikes that far. Don't they even know some of the ladies here ACTUALLY run that far?????? I bow down to those ladies...you gotta have some serious muscles in your legs to be able to conquer that! Anyhow, if I get good enough on the bike maybe I can soon be one of those ladies too.

Well I gotta go finish up. The day seems to get away from me sometimes. Have a nice sweaty workout everyone!!! P_ U

I just got back from picking up a few groceries.Money well wasted;)

Charlotte, I won a bike a few yrs back and I have probably only rode it 3 x.I never really got into it.I guess I am still stuck back in when I use to ride bike as a kid.It was so I could get to point A to B.

Sara, so i was right on your height? How weird is that? Im the shorty around here.Although, I don't think Missy is much taller. When i was 137 and didn't work out I was getting into Size 11's.Thats when I said, o.k..this is enough.Thats when I started working out again and eating right.SO now I am 130 lbs and wear a size 5-7, depending on the make of the pants.And some 3-4 's. SO there is a big difference.

DH is comming home and he wants me to make him some lunch.Gotta go...
