Good Morning Girls
Are any of you going to talk to me today, or are you mad b/c I didn't make an appearance yesterday?
I had DD's b-day party,I got up at 8:30...made breakfast for my neices, nephew and DD,cleaned up ,put a color in my moms hair...then I worked out.And everything was a blur after that!
I took the kids swimming, then brought them back here for games and pizza. It was nice to have the parents picking them up by 4.I've been so use to sleepovers that this was a relaxing party!
She did good with the presents and money of course, but she had to pass all of her money over to her grandmother b/c she bought the computer and DD's had to keep up her end of the bargin, which is to put all of her b-day money towards it.
I stated to think about something yesterday morning when I was working out.DD's step mother was home (if you recall) and my mom was invited to her baby shower (shes not sure why)anyway...mom said she talked about DD alot at the baby shower. While I was working out, I thought...how dare she? Now she was saying good things but in front of all those people she was pretending to have such a dealings with DD and that she knew her all to pieces.I thought, if the people at the shower only knew that they gave up any rights that they had to DD.But just to make herself and him look good?
And,do you know what they gave DD for her b-day? $20! I spend $20 on kids in her class. Its one thing when you can't afford to spend money, thats totally different, but when you are going around with a baby who is 5 m old and is wearing a tommy hilifier suit..then there is something wrong.LOL
Nothing really bothers me, I have to say and I get along with them fine. But they choose a great time to give up their rights.DD's knows of them, so I can't keep them apart, but yet they didn't tell anyone that they gave up their rights? The next time I run into his family, I will gracefully mention it:7 Ah whatever...I just thought $20 was a bit cheap to spend on your own daughter when your new born as clothes that she won't fit into next week this time
She also makes it sound as if they have lots of money...meanwhile, they still live with her mother!
Anyway...I should go workout.I have no clue what I am doing but I need to work that cake off!LOL
