Moment of Truth Mar 22

Yeah, you were super lazy today:) I think i will make up your workout for tomorrow, how bout that?:p

I just tried making up a new rotation.I would like to do more circuits and endurance strength workouts.But I don't know if I should go heavy or light? Any ideas? And I still want to get GS legs in there once a week.

This is what my rotation looks like:

Mon- Run + HST + Abs
Tues KM + GS UB
Wed- Long Run
Thurs Cardio + GS Legs
Fri- Long run
Sat- Run + MM ( or I may do another circuit there)

Its really hard to do circuit and weights in a week, although circuit workouts never leave me sore.
What do you think?
