I actually put clothes on to go to the gym in but as I was gathering my things I decided not to go so I undressed and put on my "rags" I use for home work outs (LOL) and got to my normal rotation...
I will go tomorrow like I orginally planned.
Missy, thanks for the tips on stretching! I was thinking about that myself. How if I don't stretch out good after the gym tomorrow, I will be one hurtin' little lady on Monday!!!

Here's what I did AT HOME today! LOL
GS Legs Floor Work
PUB abs (about 1/2 of it)
CTX Bicep work
20 mins rebounder work out (not including w/u or c/d)
I decided that it will be cardio only tomorrow and a rest day on Monday.
I will go tomorrow like I orginally planned.
