Hi Ladies
How is everyone today? Im feeling alot better then I did yesterday when I woke up.I was so lazy yesterday.Truthfully, I think I slept to long.When I work night shifts, I get more sleep over all but it is broken sleep and not the same.Even when I go to bed in the morning, I wake up 2-3 x before I get up.
Wendy- Whats on your agenda for today? You should come over and take down my trees! I am in the mood to do it now b.c I took down the decorations at work last night.But it is just to much work today when I have to work tonight.I will get at it tomorrow though and maybe save my workout for tomorrow night.Or maybe take the day off.
Susan- How was your night last night? I hope you are not waking up with a big head!
After I read your post yesterday I had to wonder why you didn't RUN the 20 mile bike ride...man your lazy!
I bet you had a good night.When we go to Montreal in Feb we are going to a hockey game.I told DH I would go but I can tell ya right now that the friends we are going with, his wife, won't want to go.I would like to go b/c its something we don't get to see very often but she would rather shop then see that.Im gonna go that and she won't convince me other wise.Im sure we will get enough shopping in and 6 weeks after christmas...how much money can you possibly have left? hahaha And what did you have to eat last night? was it yummy!?

Must decide what workout I am doing.I would like to run and do MM but my daugther is out to my moms and we may have to go get her so that may run my workout short.
