Hi Girls,

Its old christmas day soooooooooo I guess Im suppose to take my tree down now! Im not sure what this day means but my mom never took her tree down until this day but I don't think I will tackle that stuff today though.I am going to save it for when I am off of work and I have time to clean up after.

Whats everyone doing today? I am either going to do circuit or one of the imax's and maybe MM.Not sure.We will see how I feel when my coffee is gone.

I am finished my workout.I only did BC and today, that is enough for me. I don't have energy enough for anything else.
I am going to get showered up and make a list of the things I need to do today and maybe this afternoon I will catch a nap before work!:)

I'm done with my work outs for the day.

Firm it up this morning-YOWZA!}(

Step Heat on 6" done low impact.

My thighs were already feeling the effects of this morning's work out while doing Step Heat!!! OMG, I could be in trouble! LOL :p }( :)

How was firm it up? I have looked at that series before but I didn't know if I would actually enjoy it! Keep me posted

Hey Lori.

The Slim Series is not big on the FUN factor so far but it certainly works the bod! The music is pretty lame and she if often times off beat but the exercises are effective!!! It's not the quality production that Cathe puts out (but then again, can ANYONE match Cathe? :p) but it's hard work that I believe will yield results! It's not big on cardio so I would suggest adding in your own cardio work outs as I am doing. Some of the stuff gets your heart rate elevated but not for very long periods of time. So far I like it for what it is and I am glad to have purchased it. It works great for freestyle! It will surely test and improve your muscular endurance!!! Definately meant to lean out and define the muscles and create endurance, not for building/strength.

ETA: the work outs are pretty long all are between 1 hour and 1 hour 20 mins....5 work outs and 1 stretch.

Hey Girlies!

Well, I'm off work for the day and I still have to work out. I didn't do my workouts this morning before work because I couldn't get my lazy @ss out of bed!!! That's a rare thing, but I knew I would be off this afternoon and I could do it then. The reason I usually don't wait is for this very reason - because I'm sitting on my tush!!!! I thought coming here would make me more motivated. And I'm watching Fit TV. :)

I envy you both because you've already worked out. Lori - I thought I could count on you to wait until tonight! Sheeesh!

I had to workout earlier b/c I have to work tonight.Which is where I am now.And you know what??? Im actually gonna have to dosome work later! Whats up with that? But I should still get some sleep and some t.v later.YAH!
What workout are you going to do? I just did BC today,that was it.I was feeling sort of sluggish and I wasn't in the mood to push myself.Plus I have gotten alot of cardio in this week so I thought a circuit workout would be nice.

Well I know that now! You are never to be trusted again. :) But I LOVE having someone to blame for me not getting my workout done. I certainly can't take the blame myself, now can I? If only you would have waited for me. So my DH talked me into (which was really hard, let me tell ya) making today my rest day. It was supposed to be tomorrow or Sunday, but now it's today. So that means I HAVE to get workouts in tomorrow and Sunday without a doubt. You see, I told you I have to workout in the morning. I'm TERRIBLE if I wait!!! I'll regret it this weekend when I want a day off. Oh well, I did it to myself. I was going to do ME and then 30 - 45 minutes of intervals on the bike. But now I think I'll do ME and then a Spinervals workout on the bike one day and I'm not sure about the other day yet. Oh - I know - I'll do one of the 90 minute Cathe cardio workouts I have but I can't remember which ones those are since I don't know them that well. I'll have to look at my list. Hopefully that will make up for me being a slug today. I rarely skip workouts, so I'm feeling awful (but not awful enough to unglue my butt from this couch!).

I hope you don't work too hard. I can't believe that in between sleeping and watching DVD's they're going to make you work! The nerve!!!

We're going to finish watching The Wedding Crashers. We had to quit it early last night so I could get to bed in time to SKIP my workout! :-(

Tomorrow we're going with our friends to a hockey game at the Budweiser Events Center in Colorado (south of Ft. Collins and north of Denver). I think we're going to go to dinner at the Macaroni Grill since it's my cheat day. Do you have those there? SO yummy!!!!! So maybe it's good that I have to work out tomorrow so I can burn the calories I'll be eating. :) By the time I get on here tomorrow, I will have my workout complete! Trust me!

Fine...if you ahve to blame someone, you can blame me!:) I blame people for the things I don't do and do as well!

Its better that you workout tomorrow b/c you are going to be cheating, that way it won't catch up with you,right?:) We don't have that restaurant here and its probably a good thing.

I know, they made me work and I didn't appreciate it at all. I think it will be a queit night from here on in b/c it is freezing rain and planes don't like that!LUCKY ME!:)
Must go watch my movie, I am getting sleepy!
