You didn't know that I knew french? Whats worng with you gals? So much to learn...so little time!

I am at work now and Im not the most alert person in this town.I am so lazy but I think my coffee is kicking in!:) I am going to get up in a minute and re-stock some stuff so that should wake me up a little and maybe later I will run downtown and grab a flavored coffee that I want!

DH is going away tonight so I don't know what my plans will be when I get off of work.DD is gone to my parents house so this gal should do some partying! Nope...don't think so..I just wanted to say it.

Hey, I ordered 2 new pairs of boots last night.My shoe featish is back so we will see what they are like when they get here. I didn't find what I was looking for though. I will see if I can post a link or pic.

Can you believe how early I'm posting on a Saturday??? I couldn't sleep so I thought I'd check to see if you started the post yet.

Wow - those boots are all great. You're going to be as slutty as Charlotte! I might have to go get some slutty boots now because this thread's a changin'! I remember having tall boots that zipped up when I was younger (like a kid) and I loved them. I probably even had the school girl outfit too! :) I also remember these purple clogs that I had when I was 10. I adored them. But we were staying at a house in the mountains and the house caught fire and the inside of our car burned to a crisp - even though it wasn't that close to the house - and my shoes were in the car. My Shirley Temple doll burned too b/c she was in the house. Boo hoo. I loved that doll! Well, even if my shoes were in the house they would have been gone. The house burned down. And the little dog who woke us up (our friend was staying the night and he had his dog) ran out of the house and somehow in the confusion ran back in and didn't make it out.

Okay, let's not all get depressed now. I shouldn't be allowed to post so early in the morning I guess!!!

Onto a lighter note, today can be my rest day if I want it to be, but since it's 4 weeks to Mexico (is it 4.5 or 3.5??? I'm much too lazy to get up and look at a calendar), I was thinking maybe no more rest days until I leave. What do you girls think? My friends are doing Power 90X and they said it's killing them. That's not good for me! They are about 10 years younger than I am and they always look great. Hmmm...I better kick it up another notch. Hehehe. They live about 45 miles away, or I'd be over there trying those workouts with them. Have any of you tried them? I saw the recent post where people said they substitute Cathe workouts for the legs. Are Cathe's tougher?

Wendy, did you come up with your rotation of all your workouts? How was Joey's visit with grandma? What are you eating today? You're so healthy?

Charlotte - how much weight are you lifting today? I think I should do some walking lunges. Maybe 400. Should I do that the day after Bootcamp or should I rest my legs so those muscles can rebuild? Wendy - I think you did them the day after legs this week, didn't you? Or am I getting everybody confused?

What workouts are you all doing today? I think maybe I'll go try MIC. I've never done it. Do you think I'll like it?

P.S. Lori - you are amazing! French? I'm so impressed. You should call my mom and talk to her. She speaks French (growing up in Montreal) and has no one to talk to. But that's her own fault for NEVER teaching my sister and me. Not only did she not teach us, I never even knew she spoke French until my sister "caught" her speaking with some guys on the airplane about 8 years ago!!!

Susan, had fun at my mom's last night. I go there on a weekly basis for a visit on friday nights. Usually have dinner there as well. It's nice. It's just DS and I. DH doesn't go because he has other things he does on friday night and this visit is MY thing!:+ My eating was fine until I got to my mom's last night but that's okay because no one is perfect!}(

So I tried to put together a rotation using all of my work outs but it was just too much to deal with so I quit!:p I DID put together a rotation for February though so now let's see if I follow it! HA HA! ;)

I just got up about 20 minutes ago...talk about being LAZY! LOL

Hope all are having a nice start to thier saturday!:)

Like I told you before, I wish I had something to report as far as P90X goes but it was really weird.It was as if I never ordered them.You do get e-mails when you order them, I mean e-mails as in...everyday,healthy eating tips..thats the only thing I got from them! LOL

Your story was a little depressing.Are you trying to make us sad so early in the day?

If you are that interested in P90X why don't you splurge and buy them? And whats this about age? Have you lost your marbels? You can do anything they can do? Look at Charlotte.She is a few years oler then me and she lifts more then this gal will ever lift! Sorry Charlotte, didn't mean to give your age away but we know your proud of it!:)

The seond pair of boots I ordered, I was a little ify on, but I thought I better think outside the box! And they may be the cats meow once I try them on!LOL Looking at the third pair now, I may order them cause you know what its like...I can order 5 pairs and only get 1 pair that I like and that actually fit!

Oh yes, something else about the boots.I have a habit of buying long black boots.Remember the ones that the dog chewed up? Those were my favorite long black boots (bugger!;( )I thought it was time to buy more.
Charlotte and I will do the pole dancing when we go to the Jerry Springer show.We are also going to get some beads:+

Lori, I guess the e-mails from P90X were fun for awhile though. :) I should just splurge and buy one (some). But which one(s)? You're right - age doesn't matter. Well, at least til you're maybe 80 or so. Then those 70 year olds may kick your butt.

Yeah, that was mean telling such a depressing story. Okay - now a happy one. It's so friggin' windy here that there's no smog. How's that for happy? AS IF!!! Everyone has been talking about how this is the windiest winter in like 20 + years. Our local economic development group is even doing a study on it because they try to recruit companies to come here and they want them to know it's not always like this. It is pretty windy here anyway, but usually not THIS bad. It sucks.

Oh, sorry. A little depressing again. The wind must be getting to me. :)

My vote is for the 3rd pair of boots, if you're taking votes.

Wendy, it's always good to cheat when at mom's house. :) As for rotations, I don't know if I could stick to one. It seems to depend on my mood and energy level each day.

Moms houses are the worst for food! My mom bakes every cookie known to man and she makes so many that she as lots left over.She freezes them so whenever you go home, she is taking cookies out.Not only that but I bored when I go there so I tend to eat more.

So the 3rd pair?I will order them to, pink or black? The pink is pretty cool but I know I won't wear them that much.It would be nice to expand my wardrobe though.I would have to buy pink tops then to go with them:eek: ;-) see,I have a plan! I shouldn't go over board though b/c I am sure when I go to Montreal I will see lots of things that I like.

It is funny when you picture it.I watch it when I am working at it is 6 in the morning.There is nothing else on! It is one crazy show though and I do end up laughing out loud b/c some of the things they do are so stupid!

I did Tone It Up. If you want to make that evil little comment again, you can do so tomorrow as I will probably be stepping then! ;)

Anywho...I exercised and ate lunch so now it's time to hit the showers.

I think I have decided what I will do as far as a rotation goes for Feburary. I will alternate Cathe's Jan rotation weeks with the rotation I have created. 1st weeks of Cathe's alternated with 1st 2 weeks of mine and see what happens. I have lots of weights in my rotation alternated with some cardio and Cathe's is mucho cardio so it should be good!:+ }( :+ }(

Okay, I'm off like a dirty shirt AND a pair of pink foo foo boots! HA HA!:p :7 :+ ;)
