Good Morning Everyone,

So who is crying b/c I am going away today? Now come off of it! You know I will be back! There is no need to be sad:)

It is early here..6:17 to be exact and I am up to get a workout in before we leave.I think we are going arounf 10ish.Cross your fingers.DH usually finds something to get caught up with. So, I want to get a 60 min run in, abs and I would LOVE to get a full body workout in but by the time I am finished my run, DD will be getting ready for school, so I may have to settle.What am I gonna do? This body is going to fall apart with no weights for a week:eek: ;) :)

I will check in before I leave b/c there isn't much left to do so I should have time for a quick chat.

Why don't you cut your cardio a bit so that you can get that weight work out in?

So when will you be back, Tuesday?

I have Low Max and the 2nd half of IMAX 2 to look forward to today! YIKES!:eek:
 
Well,my dear...its to late for your ideas now! Why weren't you around a couple of hours ago????:) :) :) I did a 50 min run and then my treadmill went CRAZY!!! I had to unplug it in order for it to stop.I could even smell it burning:eek: And thats the kind of weird stuff that treadmill pulls.But you watch, it will be monthes before it pulls something weird like that again.Very odd.

Anyway,I did that and a seg of CM.I am almost ready to go.I changed the sheets in the beds so they are clean for whoever sleeps in them.I have my bags ready but my hair isn't done and I have to cut DH's so I should be around for another hour or so.

Wendy- Have fun with that workout! Im sure you will do it though.

I don't know what I am doing today. It is x-training day on my training schedule, so I think that I will do something fun and challenging choreography wise. Maybe Christie or Seasun... Something fun! I am going to grociery shope today - finally! It has been almost three weeks since I have been able to make it to the store. Lori, your mom would be very disappointed in my food supply! :p

Wendy, I think that your workout sounds challenging! I will have to try that sometime, after the mini. I love a challenge! }( }( }( Are you and DH talking any more about vaca? Dan and I are talking about going somewhere with our friends this spring break. It is a dilemma. I will post more later to get advice from everyone, I am really struggling!!! Start thinking though... what would you do if your best friend invited you to spend the week with her family but you couldn't stand her husband? I will elaborate when I post later. I am very torn right now. x( x(

Hey Girls!!

Well I got my house all cleaned yesterday and then did chest and back and 500 crunches. Today I am grocery shopping with my son (school is out here) and doing shoulders, tris and bi's and some leg work. Not sure what kind of leg work yet. I think I need to get back on some kind of rotation again as I am getting bored.

Sounds like it's national grocery day! LOL I have to go too! I HOPE to get to it today but not sure that I will yet....

Done with most of my work out. Time constraints kept me from completing it in full but I did Low Max 1-4 and all 5 Imax 2 intervals this morning. At nap time I will just do the Low Max 4-7 premix to wrap it up.

I can't decide if tomorrow is going to be harder or easier. It will be easier cardio but it's 30 mins hi/lo followed by all of Legs and Glutes! YIKES! My legs are already beat to heck from all of the Low Max and Imax that has been in this rotation! I think I'm scared!:eek:

Oh well, gotta run for now!

Excuse me Ladies for barging in :) Wendy. I didn't see a check in for us doing the rotation so I wanted to tell you good job! As soon as I finish my coffee I am off to do the lowmax and imax2 6-10. Later I am doing a Slim Series workout. Did I miss the check-in thread?

Terri - you should join us more often! I'm not too far from you - in Cheyenne. Lovely temps today, but that darn wind!

Lori, I have been crying all morning about you being gone. And when you come back I'll be gone. So very sad.

Missy you sure do have some entertaining smiley faces. :)

Charlotte I'm glad you did 500 crunches so you can keep that flat tummy of yours! How's your cardio going these days? :)

My back feels better today than it did yesterday, but I didn't dare try a weight video (ah, such a good excuse), so I did 200 walking lunges with 2 20 pound dumbells. I was going to do more but ran out of time. I also did BFL pyramid leg extesions on Bowflex, squats with the barbell, bicep curls with barbell, more bicep curls with dumbells, hammer curls with dumbells, side shoulder raises with dumbells, overhead presses with dumbells and lots of tricep dips. I can't remember all of the weight I used on everything. I tried to go heavy enough that I could hardly push out the last couple of reps.

Maybe some cardio tonight if I don't get called to my animal shelter volunteer duty...
