HI Girls
Now...am I the only one who is around yet???
Im just sitting here and sipping my coffee...waiting for someone to come along and play with me!
In case you didn't read my post last night, I did a 4 mile run and the rest of GS legs.What is up with the band and the ball!? OUCH!
It hurt! I bought the latest series when it first came out so I have had these workouts for a while but I don't ever remember doing all that floor work before.I must have stopped the workout before I got to that point or something.I bet you would see great results in the hip and thigh area if you did that workout 2 x a week.I think I will give it a try
So today I am going to do all of the GS UB workouts and KM.I am then going to take a nap in the afternoon b/c I have to work tonight.I always say I am taking a nap on the days I work but I never do...and then I always nap on the days when I am not working.How weird am I?
Whats everyone elses plans?
Oh and I had a small chocolate chip pancake for breakfast.Im sure it wasn't that high in cals (maybe 300) but I know it wasn't the best choice but I bet my sweet tooth won't be bothering me that much all day.
