Good Morning Ladies,

I am finally starting to get my christmas spirit back:) I was just thinking about the things I will do this afternoon and they were all christmas related. I love christmas!

Anyway, this needs to be quick b/c I slept in and I really wanted to get a workout in before I went to the store with DH so I shoul dbe able to get 45 min in.
I weighed myself just then and I didn't really want to b/c my workouts have been so scattered and my eating all over the place.And I am down 3 lbs!:) I have lost 1 inch in my hips,1/2 inch in my waist and thighs.What gives? I don't understand.Probably doesn't help that I am going around like a chicken with my head cut off.I haven't stopped in the last week or so.And today won't be any different.

Alright, just wanted to tell you that I squeezed in a 30 min interval run.I plan on doing another run this afternoon + HSC.

Well Lori when you run 2 x per day AND do HSC would expect to GAIN weight!? :p

I am almost down to the bottom of my coffee cup already...gonna have to get my a$$ off this chair and get me another cup soon! The horror of actually having to move away from the computer! :eek: ROTFLMAO!
 
Just ate some oatmeal for BK. Thinking of getting 1/2 of my w/o out of the way before DS gets up and then finishing it at nap time so I had to make sure I ate kinda early...Doing step for cardio, ME for leg work and a section of CTX abs today.

Going to my mom's tonight for a vist and to "borrow" her for babysitting services while I do some last minute Christmas shopping. DH will not be home tonight...bowling.

What's on everyone else's agenda?

Lori--that's fantastic!! Congratulations on your results. Your hard work is paying off. I'm glad to see you're back in the spirit of things.

Wendy--you doll. Thank you so much. It was really sweet of you to post a thread about my uncle. I think it's really a lovely tradition to burn (turn on) a candle for 24 hours in memory of your dad. I know what you mean though. My dad died 26 years ago, my mom 2 1/2, and I still get misty eyed and depressed on the anniversary of their deaths. The holidays are a tough time without your parents, and I just wish my realtives would quit dropping like flies!

I'm off to get my coffee now. The pot is finally finished brewing. Take care girls and I catch up with you later.

I don't have a w/o agenda today but I really need to do something. I've been really bad about getting it done!

Good Morning Girlies!

Well I am up 3 pounds in weight, and all this time I have wanted to gain weight and now I am depressed!!!! I don't know if this is a birthday present to myself or what as I have just recently turned 38. I eat the same, nothing bad. Workout the same. Sleep not as well though. Keep waking up and feeling like a furnace...too hot to sleep. I wanted to gain muscle, not fat, and this morning could not button up my jeans as well..so it is fat or my period...probably alittle of both. This really is unexceptable and I am gonna kill it off me! I thought I was getting bloated, but it is fat!!!!!!! It will go though...won't take me long...I know just how to do it!!!! LOL! I am going to reduce my cals, and do some KPC today...TWICE! It is cold here anyway so I am looking forward to sweating. I am not letting this bring me down...I am thinking of it as another challenge so I am going to for it!!!!

Hello, my friends! How are you all doing today? I am pretty tired. I don't know why, but I just feel so lazy today. I think that being stuck at home not being able to go anywhere has really gotten to me. Logan and I are giong to go crazy soon, I think. No, he perfect, it is just me who is going to go crazy. AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGG!!! blah! Okay, that is out, now!

I am planning on doing PLB today. I really like that workout! It goes by so fast, and it is pretty fun!

I have to put clothes away today. I folded so many clothes yesterday, and I don't mind it because I can fold and watch tv at the same time. I HATE putting them away, I don't know why.

Wendy, what do you have to run out and get? I have a few more things that I have to get, but it is supposed to show 6" tonight, so I don't know when it will be safe to go out.

Lori, when you don't eat consistently do you slow down on working out? I am saying this because I care about you, if you continue to work out the same but eat less and run around a lot more than you used to, you are going to crash, and it really isn't good on your heart. Again, I care and I don't want to come off as preachy. Be careful, kay? I don't want you to get hurt. :)

Michele, you continue to be in my prayers. You know, if you did only 20 minutes of Leslie, it would help with stress. It is the last thing you want to do, but when my uncle died, working out really helped me cope and it didn't let me feel sorry for myself. I will keep praying for you, friend. :)

Hi Girls,

Back from DH's store and the morning flew.Then again it was only 2 1/2 hours.There are so many things to learn it is crazy, just makes me want to go home.I can only bluff my way through so may things:)
I am going to the mall after lunch and picking up some things that I need.I am also going to finish my decorating.

Wendy-Take advantage of the babysitting while you can! Although I am sure you won't have much trouble getting someone to take that sweet boy for a little bit!

Michele- Thanks for the congrats.The weird thing is I didn't really try.It seems as though b/c I am off of my normal routine things are kicking in.Weird.Maybe I workout to much? I haven't been as hungry either.

Charlotte- I feel your pain and I don't mean to rub this in...but my jeans feel good today!:7 :7 Just wanted to let you know.But I don't wear a 26 either so I am sure I wouldn't even fit that on my leg.Glad to see your back though.

Missy- WHERE ARE YOU???

Checked my body fat and it is up at 13.8%, but I swear I it is fat! I can feel it on my lower back, but I think it might be my period that is making me bloated as well. Combo of both. I really don't know how this happened as I didn't change anything. If anything I have increased my weights significantly and increased my ab work to do 1000 crunches at least twice a week now along with other ab work. Must be the age factor or that damn PM protein shake I drink at night. Dunno. I lose weight fast, if I choose so I am not really too concerned. Thanks for asking. So how you doing? Your not stressing anymore are ya? Don't! You will get my problem. See, I have been stressing too so could be that as well.

Missy- I am fine.Thanks for caring though:) I don't think I eat as much or workout as much so it probably all evens out.Im not hungry, I just don't have time to pick at food like I use to at that is probably where those extra pounds came from.Instead of sitting around the house and wandering to the cupboard, I have kept myself busy in place of the wandering to the cupboard and the fridge.I am looking forward to having a good dinner tonight.I have pork taken out and I already have my veggies cut up but I am not sure what else I will have..:9
Must get some more decorations up!
