I've been using CTX off/on for awhile now, going to have to get the DVDs, tapes wearing out. I love them best since they are the "time savers" and with my 20mth old under foot that matters a great deal.
I was wondering about mods for some of the work, I can't do the plank work, had wrist surgery years ago and can't handle that angle or pressure I just do ab work during the time. And scissors I can't do either, too painful on the knee/shin so I do heel digs and plyo digs as a modification. Any other suggestions?
And CONGRATS on a second boy for you. The mess my one makes is enough, two will be like a tornado class 5.

Hi Tralyn! For plank work, do the bent elbow version vs straight arm version. For scissors (I'm assuming you are referring to Power Scissors) you can do airborn jumps instead. Good luck and give that little tornado a hug from me!
