to the educated crowd:
hi, I recently had baby #3 6 months ago and I'm approaching my 35th birthday in April. I need to up my cardio to lose the extra 15 pounds of post-pregnancy pudge - but my knees can't take a lot of pounding. I have the hardcores coming and I also have the following: circuit max, cardio & weights, cardio kicks, imax 1 & 2. I plan on adding 2 intense cardio days a week - but can I modify the impact and still see the results? I also have a rebounder - would it be better to do the plyos on the rebounder? or modify as necessary?
thank you
