I am a weight lifter and am new to your workouts. I am interested in Kick Max, the Gym Style Series, Muscle Max, and Slow & Heavy. I actually don't have a step and I do know how to modify some of the moves but I'm not sure about the stability ball section in Gym Style - Legs. Do you think if I were to change some of the exercises or mimic them without the ball it would ruin the effectiveness? I apologize for the question; I'm just interested in finding super intense workouts and yours look like they'd fit the bill.
