Hi all. I did pretty well over the weekend. I managed to avoid most of last night's pizza. Just had one tiny sliver of a piece. Today:

B - 2 slices oatmeal wheat toast w/PB, fresh fruit salad
L - crab salad wrap, carrots, tomatos, orange
D - not sure, maybe a veggie omlette
S - banana w PB

The scale is definatley on a downward trend. I'd like to loss 5 pounds by March 4, the day we leave for the Virgin Islands. Have a nice days all.
 
Good morning Robin and all who follow -

I did pretty well this weekend, too. I did allow myself to have one small piece of chocolate cake. It was very, very good and should take care of any snack attacks for the rest of the week. I hope.

B - 2 slices of PB toast with raisins; OJ
S - apple
L - wheat pasta & kidney beans; water
S - walnuts, probably
D - Shoot. I forgot to plan anything. I just don't know. I feel an urge for carrots though. Wonder what I've got that goes with them?
 
Morning moderate women;)

Yesterday was a bit of a bust for me. Went out for Mexican and ate too much, then Sophie and I made apple pie. I did only have one TINY sliver, but still..... *sigh* Weekends are definitely my downfall.

Today:

B - steel cut oats with banana and soy milk
S - apple and whole grain crackers with pb
L - soup, crispbread with some cheese and a lf yogurt
S - cottage cheese with cinnamon and fresh pear
D - WW pasta with tomato sauce and spinach

Workout today is Power Hour. I may have a protein shake when I'm done with that.
 
Morning ladies. Saturday was bad, bad, bad! Shelley, weekends are my downfall too. Especially Friday nights. I managed to stay healthy on Friday because I knew we were going to be out for lunch and dinner on Saturday. I was good Sunday as well, but Saturday just killed it for me. So, back on track now...

B - Slow cook oatmeal, one cup coffee
S - Green tea, cottage cheese, grapefruit
L - Turkey sandwhich on whole wheat, apple
S - Plain low fat yogurt, raspberries
D - Halibut, broccoli
S - Protein shake

DH and I made a little wager on me losing 5 pounds of body fat by the end of the month. Yikes! I better get cracking!

Good Morning ladies!
I'm so glad I am not the only one that went a little overboard this weekend. Not too bad, but could have been better. Yesteday instead of my usual 1 piece of pizza I had two nice size slices, plus salad, plus roll, plus wine. yummy for the tummy not so good for the bummy!

Today is back to business:

B - 1 egg & 2 whites, ww toast.
S - cottage cheese
L - small chicken breast, salad, 1/2 apple
S - cottage cheese & other 1/2 apple
D - chicken bratwurst with saurkraut
May have a small protien shake after evening w/o

I did an interval run and stretch max this morning.
Plan to do MM this evening.

I see there is a few of us who like our cottage cheese. I could eat it all day long and especially like to put honeydew in it.

B= 1 slice whole wheat bread with peanut butter, cup of cottage cheese with blueberries, tea.
S= handful of pea pods, hard boiled egg.
L= leftover baked chicken breast and small vegetable salad.
S= celery with peanut butter, carrots, tea.
D= Pork cutlets in crockpot, mashed potatoes for family, I will have a baked sweet potatoe, green beans with bacon.

I haven't worked out yet today. Been gone all morning. I do make out a rotation for every month but I always seem to change it out. Thinking today to do one of the Terminator workouts since I missed working out Saturday. Need to make up lost time!
