Happy Friday, everyone!

Oh, what have I done? I ate a piece of baked-from-scratch chocolate cake last night - my one dessert a week allowance. And you know what? It just sat there like a lump in my stomach and I wished I had never eaten it! That is so sad... do I really want to change up my diet so much that I don't enjoy a good piece of chocolate cake?? Sigh.;(

But still, I will try to be "good."
Today:
B - 2 slices ww PB toast; oj.
S - fruit and nuts
L - lots of left over veggies, almost like a warm salad. May throw some hummus on it.
S - fruit and nuts
D - Lentils and carrots; green salad. I'll try to do something interesting, but I don't know what at this point. Dinner was not at the top of my list this morning.

I was bewitched by the evil, evil chocolate bars Sophie is selling for a fundraiser for school yesterday. Pure evil, I tell ya!

Today:

B - mixed cereal with soy milk, 1 piece 12 grain toast with natural pb
S - steel cut oats with cinnamon, soy milk and raisins
L - rice and veggies with beans (some sort of Thai thing my SO made), lf yogurt and an orange
S - not sure - I have a lot of running around to do today
D - probably a tuna wrap on a flax tortilla

Workout is Imax 3.

I feel a celebration Friday coming on....wish me moderation!!
Hubby is playing a gig tonight and I am going along with at least a few friends and we will play pool "possibly" have a beer or two (I'll make it lite" and dance. Don't do this often at all. Usually he plays private parties/weddings so this is a treat.

Todays eating will be:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed lf milk (so far so good)
S - Almonds
L - Sandwich from Quiznos
S - orange
D - grilled Chicken, vegies
S - Lite Beer!!!

Today I got up and did some stretching and then did a power walk on the treadmill for 35 minutes. My back feels so good I may attempt a JOG/walk on Monday! Tada!!!

Happy Friday ladies. I had a bad start right off the bat.

B: frozen pancakes (eek, but I will admit they were quite good) w/sugar free syrup, coffee
L: spinach salad w/ff raspberry vinagrette dressing
S: ff cottage cheese w/mandarin oranges
D: baked creole haddock, broccoli and a baked sweet potato
S: ???? maybe a banana

I haven't worked out since Tuesday due to this awful cold.

Paula, your posts remind me of the good ole days when my H was in a band. They played alot of bars and weddings also. We didn't have kids for a few of those years so myself and the lead guitar players wife always pounded the beers every night together. Those were the days........!

I have massive housecleaning on the agenda today...whole house. That's a big job. I usually do like one room a day type of thing but I've been too busy this week to get in any housework but laundry.

B=oatmeal, pear, tea, tea, and more tea.

Oh, yesterday had the Chicken Digiano at Olive Garden. :9

S=cottage cheese+honeydew
L=chicken breast portion on vegetable salad
D=pizza. Teenage son having two friends over. Almost teenage DD having a friend over to counterbalance the abundance of boys in the house. ***sigh***

Me...I'll be locked in my bedroom until morning light. :)

Today I'm doing HSTA and then either run outside, suppose to be high 40's today!! or do a treadmill workout.
