Moderately Clean Eating-Tues April 18

Well, I didn't do as well as I'd like yesterday. Afer WO and washing upstairs windows, I was too tired to cook, so we had subs for dinner. I get nothing on mine but turkey, lettuce and tomato, but it's still not very clean. Then I had a brief chocolate implosion. Hopefully today will be better.

B - fruit salad, go lean cereal w/ soy milk
L - pasta w/ vegetables, orange
D - broiled fish, rice, salad
S - fresh pineapple, banana

Good morning Robin and those who follow -

I had a little "incident" too - the coconut cream cake that Mom made for Easter called me yesterday, and I answered - but only a tiny piece! It was so-so, and I think I'm done with the sweets for a while.

B - lf yogurt with wheat germ, apple, soy milk
L - hopefully another bean salad, but my grandma and I are going into town and I don't really know what the day will hold
D - I'm still on vacation. Do I have to plan? I'm picking up some groceries today, and I'd like something fresh. I just don't know right now.
 
Hi Robin and Shannon! Could I join in your thread? I feel that I need a check in place to keep me in line, but I also fight emotional eating everyday, so it's hard for me to stay eating clean. This might help me !!!

Thanks Shannon!! Alright, I'm off school for a week ( I teach Highschool Earth Science) so I'm a little on the lazy side and loving it!!!lol

Today's plans:
#1- 1 cup kashi cereal with skim milk, banana
#2- cottage cheese or yogurt
#3- fresh salad with some feta and olives, lowfat dressing
#4- apple with 1 tbsp peanut butter
#5- lowfat crab cakes and string beans with a little olive oil

workout:
I teach bootcamp class today, plus 15 minutes of intervals, running on the track

Well, I was off work yesterday and didn't do so well. I'm having a lot of trouble lately, still binging. It's subsided a wee bit, but not enough. I'm hoping today will be better.

B - steel cut oats with banana and soy milk and a bit of pb on the leftover banana
S - apple, 12 grain crackers, lf cheese string
L - leftover pasta with veggies, orange, lf yogurt
S - flax tortilla/pb roll-ups
D - not sure at this point

Workout is Bootcamp.
 
Hi ladies. Haven't posted here in about a week. Been having a hard time. :(

Anyway, today is the start of a new week for me. (was off yesterday). I find I do so much better when I am working and have a structured schedule.

B: oatmeal, coffee
S: kashi crackers, celery sticks, hummus
L: 2oz turkey breast on lite roll w/mir. whip lite, apple, ff yogurt
S: low-fat graham crackers, apple
D: ground venision/sauce/pasta, asparagus
S: probably some veggies w/hummus

Workout: 3.5 mile walk, KPC

Hi Dana!

Sorry you were having a bad week. I completely agree about how it's easier when you're working and your day is structured. Weekends and holidays are definitely my downfall because I don't plan and the pantry and fridge are right there!
