Morning all!

Welcome back, Robin! How moderate were you on vacation?:p

I did okay on the weekend. I managed to mostly avoid the call of the evil chocolate that Sophie is selling:)

Today:

B - steel cut oats, banana, soy milk
S - apple, almonds
L - leftover black bean pineapple enchilada, orange, lf yogurt
S - cottage cheese and peaches
D - rice and veggies

Workout is MIC and biceps.

Have a great day!

Well, I'm chime in today and see if I can keep it on track. My diet these days has left a lot of be desired. I am not eating "bad" food per se, not on a daily basis, but I am eating too many calories even on clean days!

B - Oatmeal with applesauce, WW bagel, lf cr. cream cheese, coffee
Sn - peach protein shake
Ln - some sort of sandwich.... see not sure from this point... I need to get back to planning my meals ahead, I think this is my problem

I'll check in this afternoon and hopefully have good news to repeat on the rest of my day.

Hi, ladies -

I think my eating has been okay, but then I plugged it into FitDay.com and it says my fat percentage is too high. Sigh. I'll keep working on it. Calories are okay - I just need to readjust a few things. Of course, sometimes I think FitDay is a little off, because I have a hard time finding exactly what I ate, so I make a "best guess" according to their list. Anyhow....

B - 2 slices ww PB toast (high fat!!!}( )
L - chili beans and a spinach/veggie salad w tahini dressing
D - probably more chili and cornbread. Made some last night and it was GOOD
S - all I brought to work was an orange. I'll probably starve.

Hello !

today-

S- v8 juice, yogurt if hungry
L- beans with chili based veggies or whole wheat pasta / beans peasant food!
S- fruit and whole grain crackers and LF cheese 1 oz.
D- pan seard tofu with soy ginger sesame glaze. I have to invent this tonight! The guys at home here will have the same with salmon.

Hello Judy, Shannon, Jane, Shelley:

My weekend was bad, enough said.

Today will go like this:

B - mixed cereal (kashi go lean/fiber one) banana, lf milk
L - grilled chicken breast, green beans
S - Apple, cottage cheese
D - Pork chop, zucchini, rice

I actually JOGGED some today! I did 45 minutes on the treadmill, some walking fast, some jogging. It felt so good! And so far my back has not protested. Tonight I plan to do MM with good form and light weights. I hope to be back to "normal" (what is that?) soon.
Hope you all have a particulary good Monday.

Paula

Hey:
I have a question of you ladies. Are you all vegeterians? If so, is it ok that I am not and on this thread? Don't want to offend.
I tried it last year and I was sick all the time, got injured, and gained weight! Maybe I just didn't know how to do it right or it's not for me.
Anyway just a question.
Paula

Paula -
Of course you can stay on this thread! It's just about healthy eating, not a specific diet. And yes, a healthy diet can include meat. I am a vegetarian though.

Good morning ladies! I did not have a good weekend so gotta get back on track!

B: Lite Eng Muffin w/2T natural PB, 1/2 banana, coffee
S: 1c kashi Go Lean mixed w/ff yogurt
L: soup
S: ff cottage cheese, apple
D: taco salad made w/venison

I am not a vegetarian. My DD asked me to try eating meat free for lent with her, so we are doing it together just for lent. I find that I really don't miss meat though so far.

All eating types are wlecome here at this check-in as far as I can read.

Hello, hello, hello. It's good to be back. Although I'd rather still be in St John. I was moderately moderate over the vacation. Fish was on the menu every night but 2. I didn't snack all day, since it was spent on the beach sunning and snorkeling, or hiking. Lots of alcoholic beverages though, I'm afraid. I think I gained a couple pounds, but I'm not going to sweat it.
Today:
B - Kashi go lean crunch w/ skim milk, banana
L - PB&J on whole wheat/ carrots
D - not sure yet, the next stop is the grocery store
S - fruit?
Did GS Chest and Tri this am, along with about 20 min of Mindy Cardio toolbox. I don't seen to have suffered from not working out for a week. And, once again, it's great to be back here!

Good evening...

I made it all day within calorie range for a deficit day and macronutrients all lining up yay!!

I started ^^^^ this morning breakfast and snack...

for Lunch - deli roast beef sandwich with mustard, banana with nat. PB

Snack - 1/2 c ff cott cheese, 1/2 c blueberries

D - 1/2 serving of left over lasagna, large salad with light vinegrette, left over apple slaw.

I'm full and I'm done! Now let's see if I can get through tomorrow.:p
