Hi, everyone -
I'm having trouble today getting a decent amount of protein in the menu, and I've got too much darned fat, all from nuts. I suppose it won't kill me for one day to be out of balance, will it?
B - steel cut oats with walnuts, orange, soy milk
S - apple
L - big salad. (Getting a little tired of these)
S - mixed nuts
D - black beans, millet, corn. I may have a slice of ww bread.
