Moderately clean eating 2-8-06

Hi, everyone.

Things did not go as planned last night! Mom invited me over for beans and cornbread, which was okay. Pretty low-fat, basic food there. But she had dessert! No, I didn't resist. So that's my one dessert for the week - no splurges this weekend!!!!

Today:
B - WW pancakes with natural applesauce and cinnamon
S - apple
L - leftover beans and cornbread (no butter, margarine, anything, okay???)
S - walnuts
D - sweet potato, green beans, ww bread

Happy, wholesome eating, ladies!
 
Mmmmmmmmmmmm.... beans and cornbread... YUM!

My day was okay yesterday. I ate too much, but mostly it was clean.

Today:

B - mixed cereal with sliced banana and soy milk
S - apple and toasted WW English muffin with pb
L - WW pasta with tomato sauce, lf yogurt
S - cottage cheese with cinnamon and fresh pear
D - egg whites in flax tortilla with lf cheese and avocado

Workout today is MM, so I may do a protein shake later.
 
My day was good yesterday, no changes to "the plan"

Today has been/will be:

B - Low sugar maple oatmeal, soy milk & 3 egg whites
S - 3 egg whites in lo carb wheat tortilla
L - Boca burger on lo carb ww bun, green beans
S - protein bar
D - grilled chicken & vegies

No work out today. I work out pretty hard 5 times a week. 2-3 times with weight 4-5 times cardio. What do you ladies think? Is that sufficient to lose a few pounds (I could lose 3-4 more I have lost 6)
and build some muscle?

S- baby carrots, peanut butter

S- ?
D- ?:(

Apparently I need to go grocery shopping :D

Hi all! A little late today. Yesterday went as planned. Here is today:

B - Post workout protein shake, oatmeal with flaxseed and fat free milk
S - Grapefruit, whole wheat english muffin with all natural PB
L - Salad with chicken, lf cheese, cucumbers and balsamic vinegar, brown rice
S - Protein Bar
D - Baked salmon with broccoli, cottage cheese
S - Protein shake with fat free milk

Today is my high calorie day on my staggering, can you tell?
