... or whatever we call this thread. Good morning, all!

Last night I did have the carrots, with lentils and cheese. I love lentils.

Today:
B - steel cut oats with honey and cinnamon; OJ
S - orange
L - leftover lentils, without the cheese
S - I don't know, but I'm sure I'll need something
D - baked sweet potato, green beans, jack cheese, ww bread (homemade)

It's time for me to go grocery shopping soon. I'm looking forward to finding some new, clean, healthy stuff! I found a store clear across town, way out of my way, but I'll be darned if it doesn't have organic stuff all over the place. It's just a regular store - Kroger - and I'm mightly impressed that our little town is finally offering organics.

Good morning all. Yesterday was pretty good for me. Here is today's plan:

B - 2 slices CROWW bread w/PB, fresh fruit salad
L - crab salad wrap w/brown rice, tomatos, carrots, yougart
S - banana w/PB
D - linguini w/clam sauce, bread, salad
Probably will have a glass of wine or 2 with dinner. I hope it doesn't lead to a chocolate binge. I will try to have it lead to a love fix instead. I am off the next 2 days (Yay), and find it so much easier to eat clean when I'm not dealing with work stress.
I got up early and did SB, thinking I had a church meeting this evening. Well, the meeting isn't until next week, so now I feel like I have a "free" evening. Of course, tricep, bicep and ab work still need to be done. Have an excellent day moderatly clean people!

After a fried-food fest over the weekend, I'm trying to eat clean. This is what I had yesterday (and may repeat today):
B - oatmeal w/2% milk
S - asian pear
L - Taboule salad
S - Stonyfield lemon yogurt w/apple
D - Dal (actually easy to make!) over brown rice and salad
S - lo-fat orange sherbert w/lo-fat vanilla ice cream

Think tonight we'll do sushi (my girls are begging me for it) and get some soy ice cream for desert.

Morning all!

Yesterday was okay, considering I have raging PMS. I did eat a couple of squares of chocolate and probably too much peanut butter though.

Today:

B - mixed cereal with banana and soy milk, 1 slice 12 grain toast with pb and apricots
S - apple with 1/2 WW English muffin
L - WW pasta with tomato sauce, lf yogurt
S - steel cut oats with raisins and soy milk
D - egg whites, baked sweet potato, veggies

Workout is Imax!:)

Good Morning everyone!

Yesterday went according to plan. Here's what's on tap for today:

B - kashi golean & fiber one mixed with soy milk
S - lo carb bagel with almond butter
L - Turkey sandwich on lo carb bread & apple
S - Zone bar
D - fish and steamed vegies

I am pretty new to Cathe (about a month) and did lomax WITH the risers this morning. Dang!! I usually do her stuff once through with just the step top first. What a difference adding the risers, I got a workout.

I hope you all have a great, moderately clean day!

Morning ladies. Completely stuck to my plan yesterday. Here is today's:

B - Post workout protein shake, oatmeal with flax seed and non fat milk
S - Apple, cottage cheese
L - Turkey sandwhich on whole wheat, brown rice
S - Protein Bar
D - Chicken, broccoli
S - Plain low fat yogurt

Today was MIC for my workout! Feeling good!

Hi all. I am not well today plus have sick child home from school. Probably will not workout today but I have spent the morning reading through my heart rate monitor instruction's, finally. And we watched Monster's Inc. I have not seen that movie before today and is it ever cute! The girls did get their photo taken with the two monster's when we were at Disney but I had no idea what they were about.

B=Pb sandwich, tea.
S= tea
L= tea (I have a horrible sore throat and headache today)
D= I have no idea what I'm cooking for dinner tonight. Will probably be soup.

>Welcome Luckeelaydee! Delfin, how do you make Dal? I think I
>know what it is, but maybe not?

They're a type of lentil and there are a ton of different kinds. Our A&P has a pretty good Indian section, so I've tried moong dal and urid dal. The moong came out soupier. You don't have to soak it, just add a cup to around 4 cups of boiling water (for the moong) and let it simmer for around 30 mins. I like adding lots of spices like cumin, coriander, curry powder, and hot pepper, then I add some veggies near the end and plop it on top of brown rice. Delish!

B: hardboiled egg + milk
L: 1 1/2 cup veggie soup + milk
S: diet orange soda + oat-bran muffin
D: breadless cheese burger with guacamole + 1 cup chix wild rice soup + milk
S: 2 small bowls of popcorn + no sugar added fudgsicle

Today I did TaeBo Extreme.
Tomorrow's goal is to drink more water!
