Oh yes it is good to be back; vacation and it's indulgences are over for now.

B- hot oat bran cereal and soy milk
S- fruit
L- lentil soup tortilla chips
S- fruit and LF cottage cheese
D- poulrty sausage stir fried with zucchinni, onions & spinach in a whole grain wrap. green salad
S- coffee, 3 hersheys kisses or chocolate proetin smoothie

Has this thread survived in Februrary???

Yes, Judy, this thread has kept up pretty well, and has added some newcomers too. What wonderful indulgences did you enjoy in the Caribbean? I can't wait for conch fritters and key lime pie. Today,

B - 2 slices CROWW bread w/PB, fruit salad
L - turkey on whole wheat, carrots, apple
D - this is pizza night for the family. I don't know if I'll be strong enough to say no. If so, I may have leftover chicken from last night
S - yogurt

I didn't workout yesterday. I think I'm coming down with a cold. If I'm not too tired when I get home this afternoon, I'd like to do High Step Advanced Training, which was yesterday's WO. We'll see how it goes. Enjoy the snow, those who have it.

I ate dessert twice almost every day! However I ate very little white bread. We had lamb chops or jerk chicken daily at lunch but also a lot of fresh veggies! Each morning I made sure to have an egg white omlette with only veggies. But I refuse to give up dessert on vacation.

Oh, we had conch fritters on the last day at the Margarittaville cafe! I didn't have french fries until the last day either , and they were not even that good. Over all it was worth the indulgences!

Besides, we got in 6 good workouts, including 2 separate 5 1/2 mile runs, 3 shorter intense cardios, 2 light leg workouts, each upper body part got worked once, and 3 good ab sessions! This was not bad for a vacation week IMO.

Morning all!

Well, my eating has been off for the past few days. Thursday and Friday I was mostly unable to eat because I was too excited about going out Friday night, and yesterday all I had was a bowl of cereal and two pieces of toast all day.

So far today I've had some cereal. Not sure what else is on tap.
 
Good Morning:
I did pretty well yesterday just a little hi in the carb department!
Today is my off/rest day or shall we say "cheat" day so keep that in consideration!

B - 2 pb oatmeal muffins, strawberries and banana, coffee
L - Turkey sandwich,
S - Protein shake
D - Pork roast, 1/2 sweet potato and asparagus
Dessert - (only on Sunday!) strawberry shortcake

Yesterday I did Cardio fat blasting Taebo. I got this dvd a few weeks ago and when I tried it, I realized you were supposed to do it with "billy bands". I ordered them and while I was waiting did it without them. I poopooed it because it was easy. Well, yesterday I did it WITH the bands. Yow! Ok now I will split between Cathe Kickmax which I love and this taebo which is also killer for me.

Nothing today I need to rest. I couldn't even finish Taebo yesterday, but I wouldn't have attempted it after MM the night before if I knew it was going to be tough!!!
