Moderate eating 2-22

Hi everyone -

Okay, I don't even want to think about the calories I put away yesterday. Have you ever had one of those truly HUNGRY days? Well, I"ve been that way for oh, a week or so. It's hormones and has happened before. Anyhow, The food was healthy, I just ate A LOT! LOL.

Today, the game plan is:
B - ww pancakes with applesauce
S - blueberry/flax muffin
L - roasted veggies with cheese; orange
D - salmon, baked potato, mixed veggies and maybe even some ww bread

Now then - if my little situation hasn't stablized today, Plan B is to eat whatever I can get my hands on!!!

Yesterday I did pretty good. I did sneak a spoonful of light ice cream after dinner!

Here is my meal plan today:

B - oatmeal with flax seed.
S - rice cake with almond butter
L - leftover chicken chili (will it ever end?)corn muffin & orange
S - cottage cheese, plum
D - chicken breast, steamed veggies.

My back is still not quite "right" so my exercise today was is walking 4.5 miles (I already did 2.5) and leg portion of MM tonight.

My post isn't sticking....trying again....

Okay, now it worked. Judy, I have two Moosewood cookbooks and they don't thrill me either.

I'm still unwell so I have no appetite. Have MuscleMax on deck for today.

I ended up eating a krispy kreme donut last night. I guess one isn't too bad.

B-protein shake w/fruit
S-kashi go lean bar
L-WW Fire grilled chicken & veggies
S-yogurt
D-????

Workout this morning was the Gauntlet.
