Morning ladies!
I did all right yesterday, except for the evil chocolate. Eventually I gave the *$%*$* thing to my SO and told him to hide it.
Today:
B - steel cut oats with banana and soy milk
S - apple and 1 piece toast with pb
L - leftover pineapple black bean enchilada, lf yogurt, orange
S - grapes and 12 grain crackers with lf cheese
D - brown rice and veggies
Tonight I'm doing a Powerstrike kickboxing workout
