Moderate Clean Eating - Feb. 4/06

Hi ladies.

Yesterday went well until I got home and discovered that I had received a package from Lunacat that included my Girls Kick Butt shirt (thanks Becky!) and a package of peanut butter Hershey Kisses!!! I ate a few of those. They are so good!

Today:

B - mixed cereal with soy milk, 1 piece toast with pb & apricots
S - apple and whole grain crackers with cheese
L - leftover soup, lf yogurt
S - protein shake
D - gnocchi with tomato sauce

I'll try to ignore the PB Kisses today but I can't promise anything:p

Workout is Rhythmic Step, triceps and core.
 
Good morning Shelley and any to follow. Aren't friends wonderful? Yesterday went well. I think the scale is starting to move downward again. Of course, I only get on it after doing a particularly sweaty workout, sans clothes, after potty break. Today:

B - 2 slices CROWW bread w/ PB, fresh fruit salad
L - tuna/ brown rice wrap, carrots, tomatos, orange
D - grilled chicken, rice, peas
S - banana w/PB

Workout planned for today is Bootcamp. Shelley, if you have a kiss, eat it for me and I'll absorb the calories.
 
Yesterday was the cardio from High Step Challenge. I followed my menu, but added a bagel after my night w/o, as I was pretty hungry!
Today:
B~banana and honey bunches of oats w/ skim milk
L~?
D~?
S~?
I really have no plans for today...I will be healthy, though, I promise! This morning was Hardcore Challenge #1 (interval and circuit), and I kicked butt! It was a terrific, endorphin flowing workout! I love those mornings! Have a terrific day!

Good Morning (oops, afternoon)

Yesterday was good. I was on track except for a few peanuts with hubby after dinner. Just a small handful.

Here's how today is shaping up.

B-1 egg & 2 whites, ww toast, 3 slices turkey bacon
S - Protein shake
L - Subway (under 6) sandwich
D - hubby wants to go to Macaroni grill (wish me luck and fortitude)

Today was my first ever Kick Max (did the low impact version and glad I did) yow...the legs are tired.

B- hardboiled egg + 8oz milk
L- salad w/grilled chicken + 8 oz milk
S- Raspberry protein smoothie + turkey & cheese whole wheat wrap
D- side salad + sirloin steak stir-fry (brown rice)
S- FIVE scoops of chocolate yogert

I do extremely well in am, something happens about 3pm that makes me crave chocolate & Mountain Dew! Help!!!

Hi everyone. My day has been too hectic to eat much of anything. But I did finally make it to the grocery, actually two grocery stores today, so now we're back to living like normal people again.

B=Raisin Bran with 1/2 Cup Fiber One mixed in, tea.
S=banana, cheddar cheese
L=none
S=big handful of pea pods
Dinner...haven't eaten anything yet. Getting kids ready for bed right now. Bought a new toaster oven today so the kids had heated up left over pizza. Happy to report new TO worked perfectly...so far. I'll probably have pizza myself once things calm down here tonight.

I didn't even get a workout in today. Saturday's I am in town all day with kids activities (piano lessons, gymnastics) then we shopped all freakin afternoon for groceries, office supplies, and dd#1 needed supplies for her science fair project. It's been a very busy day.

I'm thinking of ending the day with a few episodes of The Twilight Zone and a slice of pizza!
