Moderate Clean Eating - Apr. 11/06

I hope there isn't one of these already:)

Yesterday wasn't too bad, except for the donut I split with a friend at lunch.

Today:

B - mixed cereal with soy milk and banana
S - apple and whole grain crackers with cheese
L - WW pasta with spicy tomato sauce, lf yogurt
S - cottage cheese with cinnamon and fresh diced pear
D - egg whites, baked sweet potato, veggies

Workout will be Powermax and back.

I hope you're having a good day.
I am looking forward to a long, warm weekend here in TX.

Today's plan is:

B - Mixed cereal with Almond milk, banana (sounds suspiciosly familiar)
L - salad, dirty rice, apple
S - cottage cheese, ww crackers
D - grilled chicken breast, steamed vegies.

I did PUB last night. I am becoming addicted. MM used to be my favorite, now I am not so sure.
This morning I did lomax and I feel so good. My little back "mishap" has made me appreciate it even more when I can workout.

Shelley hope you (and all the ladies to follow) have the best moderately clean day ever!

Hey Shelley - I beat you with my thread by about 45 min!!! :p Glad you enjoyed that donut. It took everything I had to bypass a chocolate cupcake yesterday. I'm saving up for our family Easter gathering!!!!
