How many minutes of cardio should I be doing per week? (I'd like to lose 5 lbs; I also don't eat the best)
I think I'd like to try and look at my weekly cardio minutes rather than feel like I HAVE to do 30 or 45 mins of cardio per session. If I'm tired, and don't feel up to 30 mins, sometimes I won't do any at all. This may not work at all, but I just wanted to try something new. Maybe it could help me stop my "all or nothing" attitude that I sometimes have.
