I saw in the new Collage newsletters that Mindy has 2 new cycling workouts for stationary bikes. One of them looks really appealing (it's a circuit style one with short weight training intervals) Has anyone used her cycling stuff before and did you like it? I have a Cybex stationary bike and it would be great to find some new ways to work out with it. Besides, I really like having "company" when I workout!
