Michael Olajide Aero Jump/Sculpt

I have it.
I've previewed it, but not done it yet.
It alternates jump roping and resistance work : fast and very fast light weight work (they use a light body bar) and body-weight exercises.

Michael's resistance work focuses on speed and agility, not on heavy weights.
 
I know TeTe. I really like him. Kathryn, I noticed that it is 1 hour long. Does it seem high paced throughout the whole hour?

From what I recall from my preview (I fast-forwarded through some segments), it pretty much stays fast paced. The resistance work starts at a regular pace, then goes to double-time moves pretty quickly.
 
His voice is so mesmorizing! (did I spell that right?) I have his boxing w/o with Kathy Smith, His new one looks very tempting!

Oh, yeah, way sexy voice.

And once in a while, he'll scold himself (like when he's on the wrong lead) or laugh (at one point in "Savage and Serene," there's a little chuckle or tone of humor in his voice when his loose bits are bouncing around during jump roping ---I think there's almost a close-up--and it's a bit unnerving!)
 
It's awesome. I just fake jump in my basement (ceilings are too low, plus I cannot jump rope without harming myself), but it's a serious cal burner & super intense. You must have it. ;)
