I recieved my mic tape in the mail this morning and plugged it in---great workout!! I just used a six inch step though (eight next time--maybe) I was pretty darn sweaty!!! I also recieved the ps-legs/abs and previewed it WOW! I've never seen Cathe look as if she were breaking a sweat, but those sit/stand squats---she was quivering. I guess if I don't quiver when I try the tape I'm not working hard enough!!! Great motivator Cathe!! ha! Anyway --I'd love to hear how ps legs/abs has transformed anyone's body out there? I'd like to think all that hard work is going to pay off-ha-ha!! ttfn Ranae
