Well, I'm back to the real world and have just posted some pics from Mexico on my picture trail. Makes me want to go back already! We rented a house in Playa del Carmen. We rented two cars and went all over the place, as usual. It was hot and humid (great for my skin!). I managed to run 4 out of the 7 days and did a band workout only one day. We had a little group workout going on with the girls upstairs on the deck and the guys out front (except for my DH who refuses to work out on a vacation - but he's very dedicated the rest of the time).

No need to be jealous since I'm freezing now! :) I brought the sunshine, but I forgot the heat! Darn it. Thanks for your kind compliment. My goal for next year's trip is to be in good enough shape to wear REAL bikini bottoms - something I haven't felt comfortable enough to do for awhile.

Lori - it rained the first whole day we were there. The day of "the pose" picture it rained for about 5 or 10 minutes and then those clouds passed. Whew!

Thanks for the picks. I am off to Cancun in a week and a half. Can't wait. Isn't the water just beautiful. Loks like you had a fun time. This will be my second time. The last time we did quite aq bit of site seeing. Like the ruins and isla mujeres.

Susan, I love the pics!!! Looks like you had a fab time! And I love the photo where they stacked all the furniture in front of your door. HILARIOUS! For the record, that would also have been me, too! ;)

Jillie - I got that suit at Target a couple of years ago. I've got a few like that with the boy shorts. Next year I will be brave (hopefully) and wear REAL bikini bottoms. I'm starting my work NOW.

Missy - so do you mean you would be the kind of person to do that to our door? I could see you doing that! It was pretty funny. That's what happens when the rest of the group goes out and gets drunk! :)

Paula - we find those houses on www.mexicoescapes.com. The houses we stay in are in Playacar. You can get houses with 2, 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms (maybe more) and each bedroom has its own bathroom. And we usually have daily maid service, although this time the maid only came twice for some reason.
