hello, I just input my workouts into the workout manager calendar and it says Mets: with a number next to it, what does mets mean? I am not exactly sure. thanks!
Mets is a number used to measure and define the intensity level of a workout. Resting has a met value of 1 while walking has a met value of 3 to 4. Step aerobics usually has a met value of 6 to 8
