This morning I had my first inkling that my metabolism is on its way back up. I eat breakfast at 6:00 a.m. every weekday. Usually I can wait until 9:30 or 10:00 to have my morning snack. That's when I prefer to have it, so I will be OK until lunch. Today I was dying for it by 8:00. And when I went out to lunch, I had to force myself to eat only half my sandwich. I would have eaten the other half for sure, if I hadn't planned on having it for dinner tonight.
This is one of the reasons I love working out. Except...it's only 2 hours after lunch and I'm hungry again. Oh! I've got chopped fruit in the fridge. Bonus!
