Judging from that ‘bring it on’ expression on her face I’m guessing that besides working out and spoiling her grandkids, she’s probably into jet skiing and para-gliding in her spare time!
P.S. Is orange your favourite colour since it’s the choice for your logo? Well, it’s VERY effective. I mean lately I’ve been seeing it in my sleep
Hi Shelby! Our Silver Sneakers members ROCK! They come faithfully and they never miss a beat. The classes are not easy either. We just celebrated an 84th birthday a couple of months back and some have lost more than 20 pounds and upped their srength, balance, and coordination tremendously. They LOVE the program and come out even in the snow just to have their classes.
We did a special promo with them a few months ago that included a salsa class. By the end they were laughing, sweating, and teaching us polka's and waltzes. I nearly cried at their love for fitness as well as the friends they have made.
To tell you the truth I don't remember how we came about orange for our logo color, but I actually like all colors.
