Feliz Navidad!!! Its been a wonderful morning. I got all three Gym Styles, a gymboss timer, a certificate for a pedicure, and gorgeous earrings. Santa was very generous this year (or I must have been very good

Carmen, I want a gymboss timer too ! Do you do bodyrocks workouts ???
We haven't opened presents yet, waiting for kids and gks to come over.
I did a premix of cardio core circuit. It was just okay for me. I didn't like how once your heart rate was way up there, you do down to the floor to do cardio with every round.......also very fast movements, like rocking back and then jumping up or rocking back right into a pushup. I just felt like those moves were risky for me and my back so I modified all over the place........therefore not getting the workout I'd hoped for. Didn't even break a sweat.
Oh well, I can't LOVE them all I guess .
