I spent my Christmas Day with Cathe in STS 66 min workout! I did like 95% of it. The abs were really hard! It is in the series of Step Boss Step Lovers! Tomorrow is Party Rockin Step 2!

I'm impressed - working out on Xmas! My only "workout today" consisted of lifting gifts, shaking them & unwrapping, multiple trips to the trash can in the garage, lifting food & drink to mouth, lots of squats to get the camera angle correct for Skypeing, etc. Tomorrow's another day ... lol
