Does anyone know of a site that lists 5 to 6 small meals menus? Or, would someone post what they eat during the day if you are following the 5 to 6 small meals eating plan.

I need some type of menu to follow.

You could try checking out websites for Body For Life I think there is a forum there but other's here following that will be more informed than me. I do have abook called Body Rx and there are some sample menus in there. Here is one:

Meal: High Fiber,sugar-free cereal with fresh fruit and skim milk. Coffee or tea.

Meal: Protein bar; fresh fruit

Meal: Hamburger patty with sauteed onions on a toasted bun; Mixed green salad; Unsweetened iced tea or diet soda

Meal: Lowfat cottage cheese with Fiber One and blueberries

Meal: Protein drink with fiber

Meal: Roasted turkey breast with sliced tomatoes; garden salad w/pea pods;water
 
Here's another:

Meal: English muffin, egg and low-fat cheese sandwich.

Meal: Low-fat cottage cheese with fresh fruit

Meal: Protein shake

Meal: Grilled chicken breast over a ceasar salad (dressing on side);dinner roll; diet soda

Meal: Protein bar with fruit

Meal: Beef stir-fry with mixed steamed vegetables over white sticky rice; water

Now, I have yet to meet a protein bar that I liked so I would substitute there and my son likes the Atkins low carb protein drinks so you could try those and see if you liked them.
