Hello there. I printed out your weight loss rotation I am very interested in doing it, however, I do not own any taebo, turbo jam or Mindy Mylrea. Can you please give me advice on which Cathe videos or segments I could use in place of those.

I see you also mentioned further down the thread to contact you on some smoothie receipes. I did get a couple ideas and a link from faithnveggies I wanted to see if you had any other ideas. Thank you so much.

By the way I own all Cathe DVD's except:Gym Style Uppers, How to get in shape for your wedding, step n motion, step heat, step jam, hardcore extreme, timesaver, ab hits and stretch max
 
Hi Beth. Funny, how did you know you'd find me here?!?!? This is one of my favorite places to be....

Anyway. You can substitute 60 minute kickboxing workout for any of the Tae Bo videoes. You can substitute any 40 minute cardio workout for turbo jams, I like kicboxing...but if you have any INTERMEDIATE workouts...that would workout best here b/c they were usually used for my 2nd workouts of the day...which were less intense. You could also do a 30 minute jog...since it's getting nicer out...at least here in Minnesota. ;)

You can replace any step workout for Mindy Mylrea, especially if you have any older Cathes...like step heat, step n motion, 1/2 wedding, step jam (as you mentioned that you have).

Thank You Mel and by the way Maggie told me where to find you. Great rotation. I started yesterday and I have to say I am excited I did Imax today WOW!!! 100 sit ups and 50 each oblique. My eating isn't the greatest but I am going to pick up the book for Atkins Diet I would like to get 5-10 pounds off with a few inches in the abs I am 5'8.5 and 137 I lost 10 lbs with Cathe since January. Thank You so much and I will keep you posted.

I'm glad you found me. Thanks Maggie!! It sounds like we have the same body build, as I am 5'8" & currently 135lbs. I think I would be too thin at 125, but I could probably lose another 5lbs. ;)
