Does anyone know where I can purchase a medicine ball, like the one Cathe uses in ME and Boot Camp? Thanks for your time

Hi, I don't happen to have either of those DVD's, so not sure what Cathe uses. I recently bought an 8 lb. medicine ball at Walmart. It's by Danskin and was about $20 or less. It works great.

Like Sophiem, I have the Danskin 8 lb toning ball. I bought it from Academy's for under $10. The outside is soft and smooth---there's no groove or handle to wrap your fingers around. I like it alot, but I have to be careful when my palms are sweaty, because it gets slippery on me.

I bought mine here: http://www.fitbuy.com/pd/vamb.html. I was looking for a med ball that I could bounce. I get some strenghtening play in with my kids that way. I really like these balls, but they cost a bit more. I found fitbuy had the best deal though.

This is the one that I have - it weighs 8 lbs and comes with 2 20-minute workouts on a DVD. It is GREAT!!!! Target and The Discovery store also sell it.
