Meal & Rotation Check-in

Starting off great today. Having a cup of coffee! This evening is Muscle Endurance but not before I wonderful day of eating (keeping my hopes high for clean food)! Looks like pineapple/cottage cheese for breakfast, ham sandwich w/mustard, lettuce on Ezekiel bread and an orange. Not sure about supper probably a Huge salad. Have a great day - and remember, healthy eating to you all!}(

Well I started the February rotation this Monday with some modifications as I don't have all the Cathe's DVD's. I'm substituting any kickboxing for Turbo Jam and I'm also adding some yoga... so far I lost 1 pound hehehe! My goal is to lose at least 5 and to tone my body :)

I'm a vegetarian.... so I've been eating clean since I started the rotation... I lose weight easily when I eat clean... I dye for candy and cookies and that's what stops me for having a better progress.... but I’m now committed to succeed!!!! hahaha!!!

I'm having oatmeal for breakfast and 1 apple. Lunch is going to be veggie lasagna. Snack, carrots and hummus. Dinner a BIG salad with grilled tempeh.... and a protein shake :)
 
Checking in with a hetic morning...last night no execrise will explain later.


This morning.....bad breakfast Sausage egg biscuit from hardees....it was good though

Lunch----ground sirloin with sauteed onions and a cup of english peas

Dinner----DONT KNOW

Tonight I have to PUB I missed it last night.

Tonight I will do Low Impact Circuit :)

Last night my knees were bothering me for some reason. I had to ice my knees and take ibuprofen. I did Low Max for the very first time and it bothered my knees a bit... maybe too many lunges!
 
Carlaveg - LIC sure has alot of segments where you use your knees alot, Concentrated moves especially - take it easy tonight. Sounds like you're excited and ready to "bound-forward".

Mariah0803 - hope you're having a good afternoon. Don't beat yourself up over breakfast just have something a little healthier for supper. It's just hard. I'm dying to get some chips w/this sandwich but I will hold out. Must hold out}(

Yesterday I did LIC and mu knees were ok... a bit achy.... today I will do yoga as Cathe calls for running....

Breakfast was fruits and yogurt with wheat germ. Lunch a big salad.... I will have some carrots and hummus for snack... not sure about dinner yet!!!!

Did you read my post about going to a Cathe's class this Saturday???? she actually teaches 30 min. from my house and I had no idea!!!!!!! What a grea surprise!!!! I'm very happy :)
 
I guess I should have started a new thread today!! Great job Carla -you're doing awesome w/both exercising and eating!! I too was going to do yoga when I read about the 5 mile run, but I started thinking...Cathe wants us to do cardio so I got on my treadmill - and made the sweat happenx( }( Just a suggestion because I do not run because of knee issues.

I have IMAX3 tonight - OMG, I've only made it through part of this. Eating good today so hopefully I'll have the energy!!! Breakfast - 1 slice Ezekiel bread w/almond butter and sliced bananas on top, Lunch- Steamed shrimp and veggies, snack will probably be a handful of almonds before I work out! Not sure on supper yet, depends on if I feel like standing up to fix anything LOL:7

Have lots and lots of fun in Cathe's class! Oh how I would love to be you!!!!!

How do you like the Boot Camp rotation? Have you seen results yet?

I do believe that diet is the most imporant factor when losing weight... I have been doing Cathe's for about 2 months and didn't lose a pound... my eating habits were very bad as I was eating cookies everyday... sometimes up to 8 cookies a day.... this week I have been sooo good and I already lost 1 pound and I feel thinner.... Maybe is mental, bue hey I take it :)

you are eating VERY WELL GIRL!! Way to go :)

I have Imax 2 but I haven't done it yet... I guess it kind of scares me a bit... I don't know if I'm gonna be able to finish... I always do cardio & weights... I love it!!! It's one of my favorites and I can also finish it :)
 
Ok dinner was tilapia, rice and salad. DH and I try to have fish once a week so don't think I am always this good!;-) That's why I am excited about this checkin!
The BootCamp rotation is hard but I have noticed how much endurance I am gaining. Some of Cathe's cardio is not so hard anymore!:)
I am not going to check weight or measurements until I am done! So I will let y'all know how I have done at the end of next week! If I don't do it that way I will get discouraged if I haven't made progress! I know I have at least upped my endurance tho.
