Meal Replacement bars?

Can anybody give me some advice on meal replacement bars? I need some good ones to try. I have a tendency to eat too much whenever I get a chance x( and in my weightloss efforts realize that a meal replacement might just be the ticket. I get so lazy and tired throughout the day because I think about eating all the time.

Obsessed?? Ya think?? }(

So, I'm going to give it another approach. I reading Eat to Live and want to add in some good and tasty replacement meals bars, too.

Any good ones out there?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts and comments.

I make a homemade bar that is absolutely to die for! It tastes like fudge brownies. Downside is that it is higher calorie because it is made up of all good fats.

First you will need to make almond and pecan flour. Grind up raw- unsalted almonds and pecans(seperately) in food processor or vita mixer until it looks like flour.

6 scoops of chocolate protein powder (I use a casein whey)
1/2 cup pecan flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup all natural no salt peanut butter
1/4 cup splenda (I use whey low www.wheylow.com
1 TBSP cocoa powder unsweetened
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1/4 cup water

Blend all together and press into 8" pan - lightly sprayed with all PAM.
Bake for 12 minutes @350
You can also add 1/2 cup of flax seed to the mix:) makes six large bars. 12 small.

If you are looking for a lower calorie/fat bar. I think Luna bars (nutz over chocolate) tastes great!
