I just completed ME 2X and wanted to post my results...I started at 11:38 a.m. and finished at 1:41 p.m. I skipped the first cooldown/stretch and the second warm-up. I used a 8lb medicine ball and 6 risers for BOTH times. I completed all reps and followed Cathes counts. I used the HEAVIEST weights I've EVER used for the first time thru. 1st time thru as follows: ALL STEP-UP- 25LB plate. SQUATS & DEADLIFTS- 55lb BB. ONE ARM ROW -25lb DB. DEADROW- 35lb BB. BICEP CURLS -30LB BB. LUNDGE -35LB BB. CHEST FLY- 15LB DB. KICKBACKS -12LB DB. TRICEP OVERHEAD EXTENSION- 20LB DB. ALL SHOULDER EXERCISES- 10LB DB. Tears flowed for the bicep and shoulders and the leg presses because the biceps burned so bad holding the 25lb plate. (Its a Happy Burn)...I barely managed to do the single reps and did come in a little behind the count but completed them. Finishing ME the first time thru was the closest thing I have experienced pain wise since natural childbirth. I am unsure if I ever want to feel this again!! While rewinding the tape I switched the plates on my BB and did the SECOND time thru using EXACTLY the same weights as Cathe. This too was a experience because its been ages since I did a kickback with a 5lb DB. I remember tears over those 5lb DB to this day! I learned something new about myself today which is a nice surprise, one never knows til you try.. I really hope all you " GO-GETTERS " have FUN!!! Its worth it to me!! GOOD LUCK to ALL!!! Peggy
