ME Bicep Curls

LOL! I was just wondering. I did 25 today with my 25# barbell and then I had to stop, but I also did other bicep work so I was already fatigued by the time I grabbed the barbell.

If anyone knows, I would be curious although I could always pop in my tape and count, just don't have the time right now.

Fifty or a little less. I just did ME two days ago and tried to count the reps in my head....mmm... You figure full reps then half up then half down then full then repeat the whole thing... I probably missed something....I'd say between 40 and 50 sounds right. :)

Do you do 25# barbell when you do ME twice....??? Me, I always start and 25 then drop to 20 just to do it once through.:)

I counted 74 total biceps in me and 69 in ph.This may not be exact but I feel it is close.I always write the rep count down on preview-sometimes I get distracted so I could be off-because they aren't a even amount come to think of it I think ph is 72 I will have to count when I do it.
 
I would count but mid way through I get very dizzy, disoriented, confused and not sure exactly where I am...so counting becomes a much greater challenge than the actual curls!!LOL!!:7 :7 :7
 
LOL @ shell and sarah - too true. If I have the energy to count it's time to move up in weight ;)

I have to agree with Shiela that it's more - if you count each of the crazy 8's as one rep, that's 24 per set, and she does 2 sets - and that's not even counting the singles she does and those oh, so wonderful *heavy sarcasm here* holds...

i have never counted. i am always busy trying to distract myself my seeing if i can make a different face for every time i exhale. It doesn't speed the time up much, but it helps a little:p ;-)

Thanks for the warning! I went VERY light on biceps because of this thread.

Is it just me or does ME wipe you out? Not sure if it's
- the fact that I'm just starting my 6th week back, so my body is still adjusting
- The change from CTX ot Intensity
- The order of the workouts I did for Intensity

I gained 4lbs over the year, not really a big deal but am thinking I may want to lose that. Looked in the mirror and I really am getting some definition :)
 
I just did ME yesterday, my first weight workoutin 9 days. I have had severe bronchitis or pneumonia. I just know that half way through that set of bicep curls with 20 lbs I was crying HELP ME! I think she must do a trillion because every time I think I can't lift the bar again, she says OK, lift it part way and hold!
 
I did me yesterday I am liking this workout more and more everytime I do it.I did count while I was curling it helped to keep my mind off the pain I counted 77 this time I used 30lbs for 40 of them and dropped down to 16lb for the remaining-now I am going to count everytime and try to improve a rep each time with 30lbs.;-) Those chest fly low ends are killers-my arms were fried by the end of the workout-I have only done this workout maybe 6 times and I 've had it since it came out.I am going to do it more often now.I also burned 360 cal with it power hour I burn 260(I think it is all those leg presses)
