Carole, I think you mentioned Freestyle on another thread, & I've been playing w/my routine thanks to the sudden appearance of cellulite this year. I'd forgotten about Freestyle & I think it might help.
As I understand it, Freestyle has a focus on legs with low weights/high rep. Basic principle being you can tone the legs & butt while at the same time burn fat more efficiently b/c your working your largest muscles. Did I get that right?
So what I'm wondering is, if I do one high rep/low weight routine at the gym, & 2-3 heavy bag workouts at home with a focus on kicks (& let me tell you, my legs are so sore after the heavy bag workouts!), plus 1-2 kettlebell workouts, would this qualify as enough leg work? Or do I need to add another routine, like maybe B&G?
I must say, as much as I hate this weight gain, I'm kind of having fun messing around w/my exercise routine.
Anyway, I'd really appreciate your input.
