Attention CatheLIVE subscribers, Thursday May 7th, 2026 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Full Body Strength and Core” Live. Get ready for action packed movement in this workout. We’ll be alternating between upper and lower body exercises and finishing out with some core using the mini ball.

Equipment Needed:

A wide variety of weights ( 5-15lbs … or heavier if preferred)

A yoga mini ball (non weighted)

A fitness mat
