Attention Cathe Live Subscribers:


This Thursday, May 7th at 9:15am EST, we will be doing "Muscle Max (with no step)" Live.


Solid Total Body Sculpting ...no cardio included. Get Stronger, Get Shapelier ...Get Ready!!!!!



Equipment needed for this workout:


A barbell plus 2 big plates (totaling

10 or 11 pounds each) 2 med plates (totaling 5 or 6 pounds each) and 2 small plates (totaling 2 or 3 pounds each).


Various weighted dumbbells. I'll be using 15's, 12.'s and 8's) ....you can use heavier if you prefer


Resistance Tube (medium tension)


Fitness Mat
