Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday May 4, 2017 at 9:15 am EST we will be doing "Quick Fix Cardio" live. Get ready to move quickly from cardio drill to cardio drill with a total of 15 different cardio exercises. This is a shorter workout. Get in and get'r done!!!

Equipment Needed:

A set of 5, 8 & 10 pound dumbbells
A high step platform only (no risers and no choreography)
A fitness mat
A box of Wheaties (lol, just kidding)
